This complex is terrible. Last month, my car got hit while I was sleeping and the bumper was ripped off. The person who did it just drove away... no note or anything. I saw cameras at the gate and asssumed that maybe they might have been able to see a damaged car leaving the complex. I go to the management office and am told "oh... those cameras haven't worked in a long time." Now, today, I get home and there's a note on the gate code box that says that they have REMOVED THE OPTION TO USE A GATE CODE FOR ENTRY INTO THE COMPLEX. Now, in order for anyone to enter you have to purchase a key card ($12) or a gate clicker ($35) from the office. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Forget anyone who wants to order food or have company. And right now my car is in the shop having the damage mentioned previously repaired.... So in the mornings, I have to walk all the way outside of the complex in order to meet my Uber drivers to be...
Read moreThere has not been a season when they have not shut down the water to the whole community because for some reason the water main line is always getting damaged. Pool#1 & #2 has been closed since before winter last year and it's July 2019 now. Then they close down the #3 pool for almost a week now. The other night the gate codes to enter were not working that we have to call the security guards to let us in. There's always something wrong!!!! Where exactly is our association dues going? Nothing is getting fixed is just getting patched up that's why it keeps breaking. The only redeeming quality is that this place is near to grocery stores and fastfood places. It's also close enough to the strip that if you work there It's convenient. If somehow your car beaks down you don't have to pay a lot for cabs or ride sharing. Third they rase the monthly HOA fee 15% the MAX THEY CAN EVERY YEAR since I bought here. I am in my 70s and I don't drive here. So we have to take Uber or a Cab and now they have done away with the gate code to get into the Condos. Making it impossible for the drivers to get in.
