My husband I came to this location and ordered are food and Brady was the one the help through drive thru he was very kind to us had great customer service my husband even gave him a tip it wasn’t much but it was gesture to thank him for his kindness Once we arrived home we noticed that the order was wrong we didn’t receive our order of fries which we had paid for and our sandwiches were regular instead of spicy We gave KFC a call and luckily Brady was the one to answer he remember us and told us to come back and he would gladly help us out! Once we arrived Jessica was there to help and asked what had happened while we explained there was a family next to us ordering food and taking the order was a lady names Vanessa She turned towards my husband and RUDLEY STATED I PACKED YOUR ORDER AND I KNOW I PUT THE FRIES THERE started telling us that we were calling her a liar my husband was very confused and got upset told her if he needed to then he would pay again for the things that he did not receive she still only had to say that we were calling her a liar and that she knows that she put them there my husband turned away and kept talking to Jessica stating that he would just pay for the items and that we didn’t go to ask for anything for free and it was fine if they had made a mistake we all make them and he didn’t want to cause trouble in the end Brady came to our rescue and said he remembered us and would help Jessica also helped out and we thanked them very much leaving knowing Vanessa stayed upset at us We share this experience so that way you hopefully won’t have to run...
Read moreI had a coupon and I wanted to clarify some simple info so I asked the cashier ( he was a very pleasant young man ) if I could chat with the manager. The lead for that shift is the person I was presented with. She had a very nasty and aggressive Attitude. She appeared angry from the word go.
My questions were met with a raised voice, eye rolls and opposition. She was reacting as if I had aggression toward her. The case was quite the opposite. I was cordial, soft spoken and patient.
She personally loaded my food and upon arriving home I discovered that I was given old food items and was not even given the items for which she charged me extra. I realize that working fast food can be stressful or unfulfilling but when put in a position of authority such as a shift lead, A major part of the job is to make sure your customers are met with a modicum of decent customer service. She failed in this regard. If customer inquires/ requests are too much for a person to handle, you have no business in this field of work. It's been a while since I've had KFC and this visit will be the reason that it will be another extended period before I visit...
Read moreWas there today. Should of guessed I was only one there and 1 car in drive through. Al kept telling me to hang on a minute before they would take my order. Even the girl sweeping the restaurant. Finally they took my order but she yelled at girl sweeping to prepare my prefer. Never washing her hands she started touching all the food. Then threw in bag with no sauce even though I ordered to eat in. Then while eating a guy working there got on his cell phone outside the rest room door screaming and swearing at someone. Then he went back in by the register. I had the chicken fingers. One was as thin as a pencil and about as long. Not sure it was chicken. I hit it and spit it out. The other two pieces looked like one piece broken in half. Again all prepared by girl who was emptying the garbage cans and sweeping without washing hands. I should of left when at 3:30 in the afternoon and no one there. I work at adjacent mall and telling everyone there don’t go to this kfc. I tried to do survey from receipt but due to lack of ink on it I didn’t have all the info needed. Horrible...
