For those looking to shop here, I highly recommend that you do research prior to considering any purchase at the store. If you do decide to make a purchase ask for the item to be opened and examined prior to check out to ensure its condition is acceptable and inventory the contents to see that is included.
After waiting about fifteen minuets at the register for a staff member to walk over, I was ready to pay and leave the store. Upon handing the item over to the employee they looked at the item saying, you know that is not the price of this item looking at the orange price sticker, I said okay, what is the price of this item. I was given a blank stare then the employee proceeded to reach for the cellphone and made a Google search, and looking at the first row of items on the page a price was mentioned. I gladly thanked the employee and walked out of the store. For those who are looking to pay retail price on a open box, return, damaged, discontinued, or other item not suitable for retail or on-line stores then this may be a great place to shop.
This situation is not an isolated case, earlier while browsing in the store I happened to overhear a conversation another customer was having with an employee. The customer was looking at a bathroom vanity set with scratched up cabinet, chipped counter with integrated sink and faucet. There was a orange sticker on the faucet with a price displayed, the customer said they would like to purchase the unit, and the employee mentioned the price is not the orange sticker one, but one that was more than a whole new vanity kit from the local big orange hardware store.

On my last visit I made several purchases, several of which I asked if they had any problems or if they did not match the decoration of my house, I could return them for the simple reason that I am remodeling my entire house and I know that sometimes problems can arise, very The person who attended me was pleasant, he told me that there was no problem with returning the objects, or he also had the possibility of exchanging them for others at the same price. Today in the afternoon I go to the store and I meet the unpleasant Mrs. Arelys, I tried to talk to her to make the return, the lady tells me that I can't do it, and I can't even change them. I always want him to attend me. Yesterday I had to witness how a Latin client for some baby articles offended him and treated him very badly that the man almost cried, Even so, Mr. Frank treated her very kindly and tried to explain but she kept screaming and threatening that she would call the owner, we were all surprised with that, others present said that it was not the first time that this person did that and people like that should not be admitted in the store since it does not give security to the others present, all because the lady says that she knows the owner and call him, I believe that it does not give her the right to denigrate anyone, neither Mr. Frank nor any other employee deserves such a treatment, they are all very good people and attentive, Misael, Elsa, Jerry in short, everyone.
