Just like the brilliant idea to name this place the Mountain West Eatery, the food here simply does not exist. Maybe it's a new form of marketing along the bait and switch line, only with no bait and no Mountain West Eatery employees. No tables. No electricity. Perhaps they are taking a page out of Nobu's book and going to the extreme. Of what? I have no clue, except for the clues that adorn the outside of the 30 foot north wall in the form of a menu. They have salmon croquettes. Apparently. Not now, I don't think but someday I'm sure salmon croquettes will make a happy diner elated. Read moreThis place is excellent. The BBQ is better than any in town and highly affordable than the other places that charge more for less. That sides that come with the meals are not small like many places and have a home cooked touch.
The menu is diverse which is not common anywhere in mid town. We have needed a place like this for a long time.
Better marketing and more visibility is all that's needed to pump this place up into one of the best places in town...
