I purchased wings from that establishment a week ago, and during my visit, I was informed about their Wednesday wing special. Naturally, I was pleased to hear this, as I had enjoyed their wings before. Today, on Wednesday, June 22nd, I eagerly returned, only to be disappointed when two different bartenders informed me that there was no wing special available. This was perplexing, especially considering that their website clearly displayed the wing special under their promotions section.
Living in such close proximity to the establishment, I have decided that I will never return. It is disheartening to patronize a business that exhibits such a lack of organization.
EDIT:
Thank you for your response. I appreciate your willingness to address my concerns. Regarding the promotion page, I have attached a screenshot for reference. As you can see, there is no indication of specific timings, such as 3 to 11pm, mentioned for the wing special.
While I understand that misunderstandings can occur, what truly disappointed me was the lack of accurate information provided by your staff. The fact that multiple bartenders were unaware of the wing special and gave conflicting information only added to the confusion.
Ultimately, it is the level of incompetence displayed by your staff that will deter me from returning to your establishment. Consistency and reliable customer service are important factors that I consider when deciding where to patronize.
Once again, I appreciate your attention to my feedback and hope that you will take this opportunity to improve the communication and knowledge within your team.
EDIT 2: On reading the "Reply from the owner" to all these low ratings. It's both sad and funny. They never seen to take responsibilities for their staff. There's always excuses for their bad...
Read moreAbsolutely unbelievably the worst I have ever been to. We used to go all the time and then my mom and I go in to eat and sit at the bar where the previous workers had told us it was OK to sit to get the five dollar specials ask if we can move to a table because of my moms hurt leg and the bartender Michael said it was ok . We ordered the specials and asked if it was OK to sit there and then when the bill came we got charge table pricing and then got the pretzel bites where it said it was seven dollars and he insisted on charging us nine dollars for all four orders. He told us he could not charge us the menu pricing because he has kids to feed as well and he can’t do this. I said to him can we at least just pay what the the menu says and he says no the manager says your not be allowed back and do not come back . Also, whatever the price is in the register you have to pay not with a menu us .So if you go there be prepared to be overcharged and you can’t Fight them because they turn it around on you. If you like undercooked food, this is definitely the place to go. They never give you what you order because the bartender keeps the music so loud he can’t hear what you’re saying and then when you get something you don’t order you’re forced...
Read moreI had started coming here in 1992 and was a regular for years. Hadn't been here in over a decade though. Was pleased to see they were still in business. Was even more pleased to find it's still a bar worthy of being called a favorite. The waitress was friendly, attentive, and intelligent...a rare and wonderful combination. The food was every bit as good as I remembered as well. I had the steak (med rare) and eggs (poached), while my wife had bacon (extra crisp) and eggs. There was absolutely nothing to find fault with. The steak was a good cut, seasoned properly, and cooked to perfection. Everything including the toast was perfect. The chef coming out to check on us was an unexpected nice touch too. While I'm slightly tempted to leave a negative review just to keep it the secret hideaway of neighborhood locals, that would be too great an injustice to its staff. Go ahead and stop by, you...
