Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Nevada

Many Issues: Oder taking was sloppy. Was 3rd car in line and each car ahead of me was taking so long that they were asked to pull over to the front. When I got to the window they told me it would be about 6 more min for the mild chicken to be ready. This was after waitng in line for 26 min. I told them to refund the money and he said I have spicy ready if thats ok. I said fine, after 7 more min he said he was waiting for the biscuits to be ready. I said give me my money back. he said he will get the order right now. I asked why dont you have the forethought to have chicken ready at lunch time, he said it was slow & food is cooked to order (but the spicy is ready?) he handed me my order said sorry and I asked twice for my drink after 5 min of fooling around with soda machine he said it was broken and he had to go next door to am/pm to get my drink, 3.5 more minutes. It is 106 degrees outside and now car is overheating. He said he put an extra piece of chicken in box for the delay. I am so mad at this point, I take drink and drive away. The order was to be 2 pc combo all white, I find 3 pieces of dark meat inside. Also no utensils. I dont eat dark meat and I had to eat the mash potatoes with the lid bent into a shape I could scoop it out to eat it. This is the worst drive thru experience I've ever had and I'm 51. I have had 2 other experiences with same location and always a problem that they put extra piece in for the delay. After reading all the google reviews posted for this place I cannot fathom why corporate would let this place remain open. I will never go back to this location. I will go farther to eat Popeye's only because of the exln't food. I hope you dont rely on the food to carry you through these many incidents of worst service ever. I...

We got there around 9pm and we waited about 25 mins in drive through line to get to the ordering screen before they tell us they are not serving food anymore “we are out of chicken” in very un respectful and rude way, this happened on this particular location which constantly gets terrible reviews for there poor services and terrible staffing and quality . This happened on 6/20/21 we got there around 9:00pm. It was not a very long line in drive-through but they were very very slow in taking in orders “please wait a sec will take your order shortly “ he said over microphone . 7 mins later he is telling me they can’t serve us food! After waiting almost35 mins!!! (All before 10pm) Terrible terrible terrible location and terrible BAD costumer service. The night shift people literally stopped serving food before at 9:45pm, was horrible experience very rude and immature staff. Didn’t even have the courtesy to come outside to tell the costumers waiting inline outside that they are out and can’t serve them!! WHY? We decided to got to better CS place Chicken-Fil-A. This kind of people should NOT be serving food to public, the managment needs to step up there game, constantly getting , Avoid, always getsPOOR REVIEWS!!!😖😖😒

After being disappointed by the quality of food more than a few times at various Popeyes restaurants around Vegas, I found myself going to Popeyes again because I had the munchies and I couldn't ignore the 100s of emails Popeyes sent me about a $4 chicken sandwich. So here I am at the drive thru of this particular Popeyes on Maryland & Trop. expecting to be disappointed again. This time the chicken sandwich was good and I'll step onto a trees branch and say it's the best chicken sandwich that I've gotten from Popeyes to date. It was actually fresh out the fryer hot, it was crispy, the bun was soft and the 3 pickles were all bigger than the dime sized pickle slices from other Popeyes restaurants. Also there was actually enough sauce on it ( idk what kind of sauce it is but it put the icing on the chicken breast) to give it more flavor. But now, I don't know how the food quality is at this restaurant the rest of the time, but it was on point tonight for me this visit. As for the rest of the Popeyes, I(i.e the ones I've had not the best experiences at), step your chicken game up mane, before you get too many complaints and get shut down mane.
