I made the mistake of ordering a couch without checking the reviews first. Shortly after placing the order, I came across countless negative reviews about their poor-quality products and unprofessional service. Realizing I needed to cancel immediately, I reached out to their team, who told me that cancellation requests would take 5-7 business days to process.
Well, itās been 7 business days and counting, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have received absolutely no updates. Their customer support claims to respond immediately, but thatās a blatant lie.
I have already filed a dispute regarding this charge, and Iām still just trying to get confirmation of my cancellation. The lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is beyond frustrating. This company is unprofessional and deceptive.
Save yourself the headache ā DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I regret not listening to the reviews earlier, and Iām warning others not to make the same mistake.

Recently, they claimed that they could not process my refund because the charge was "in dispute." I reached out to my financial institution to verify this, and they confirmed that this claim is completely false. The merchant has full control over issuing refunds, even while the charge is disputed. This means that Citi Home is deliberately lying to me and attempting to manipulate me into dropping the dispute, which is beyond unethical.
Their refusal to process my refund, despite clear evidence that they are able to, is fraudulent and shady. Itās becoming painfully clear that they are trying to force me to accept a delivery I clearly do not want, just to make it harder for me to get my money back.

I purchased the Amsterdam sectional couch in May 2024. It looked absolutely gorgeous and is very comfortable. But within two months, the color was completely changing. This is not from staining or unusually heavy use. Simply from sitting and laying on the couch, normal use that couch is supposed to be able to endure, the cloth went from a beautiful ivory to a deep, dull gray. It is immaculately clean, my house is cleaned daily by me and multiple times a week by a housekeeper. It is not dirty, simply discolored. I reached out to the company many times, I would go weeks between getting any responses. ultimately they said this is normal for their couches and there is nothing they could do. They didnāt even offer to pay for a professional couch cleaner. So shocking that within months of having a couch and being used totally normally, this would happen. Itās money in the garbage....
