My husband and I stopped at the Roche Bobois outlet on our way to the Jersey shore from Connecticut. We wanted to see what they had, but didn't really expect to buy anything. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by a lovely young woman. She gave us information about several pieces of furniture that we found interesting. In the end we were thrilled to purchase two tables -- a fun and unique side table (the Shark) and an exquisite outdoor table. The customer service was exceptional! Liana answered all our questions and even responded quickly when I contacted her later for additional information about the large table. Delivery was quick and easy. Liana was amazing. I called and asked about a certain product's availability at the outlet, she said that the item does not usually end up at the pop up outlet. Later she called me and said that the item I asked about was actually coming to the outlet today . She remembered that I inquired and used the caller ID to call me and let know and even sent a picture of the chair so I can see if the color would work.
