Paramus Kitchen and Bath — Local services in Paramus

Please don’t visit the showroom. The worst kitchen designer experience ever. I have all the designs ready with measurements. Took an appointment with designer “John” and explained everything in the emails calls before coming to the showroom. And after meeting him he was just not interested in the meeting at first. And then the designs which I provided were so different and asked him to make the changes he says I need two or three days to make the changes. I mean I already told him that I wanted to take the decision today itself thats the reason I have scheduled the meeting. And talking about the quote I told him let me know what the quote is coming and he says I need some more time to make the changes. And then he tells us to wait for half hour and brings the quote written on a paper while attending another customer while we already have scheduled the meeting with him. He just gives random figure and tells us to go. This is how he treated. We already boomed an appointment he makes some random designs which i dont want and which I clearly mentioned was I needed and he says it was just miscommunication 😂😂 m. Are you serious… the worst showroom ever.. I will never suggest anyone to visit this showroom. There are much better places where you will be treated well. Just a waste...

I wish there were more stars to allot to this wonderful place! John and his talented team created a beautiful kitchen for us … and even helped us completely redesign and reconfigure the space when a building issue forced us to switch gears just after the reno got underway. We had to go with all new cabinets, new counter choices and more, and John guided us patiently through the entire process, helping us choose the best options for us, from overall style, color scheme, and materials. When we had to make decisions while out of town, again, John came to the rescue — he showed us designs via FaceTime, and when we weren’t sure which granite to choose (all long-distance!), we trusted him to help us decide on which one worked best. He was accessible and beyond patient when we kept fretting about this or that detail. The folks behind the scenes were amazing to work with too: Tania and David at the quarry, who designed the granite slabs and backsplash to highlight the beautiful natural stone, and Slawek, whose expertise with cabinetry is above and beyond. While on my way driving to upstate NY a few days ago, I got a flat tire. I was able to pull up into the parking lot of Paramus Kitchen and Bath. While trying to figure out what I was going to do, 2 kind gentleman from Paramus Kitchen and Bath named Dave and George offered me water. They also volunteered to put a donut on my car so that I could make it to a nearby tire shop to get a new tire. While they were putting the donut on my car, it started to pour down raining! It was pouring very hard. Dave and George told me to go stand inside their store so I didn’t get wet while they remained outside in the pouring rain putting the donut on my car. I truly appreciate their act of kindness as I was not even a customer at their store. It is very rare that you meet such kind and generous people like them. I will never forget what they have done for me and highly recommend them if you are looking to upgrade your kitchen. I will certainly keep them in mind for...
