Well my mom and I both spent over a thousand dollars there and if your payment is a day late they will blow your phone up starting at 8am they sent people to my mom's house and I paid extra for the coverage if u loose your job or whatever and then they said i couldn't use it I paid extra for stain resistant and it wasn't the couch that me and my mom got are exactly the same except for the color and I wanted the color she has but they said they didn't have it and she wanted my color but a couple days after I got mine she got the color I wanted and the couch is not even 3 years old and it already messed up the stuffing is basically gone I can feel the wood in the arm rest and when you tell them about it u get excuses me and my mom agree we will never buy anything from them ever again I would rather pay the extra and go to Aaron's or somewhere else and they are all rude as can be I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you want to be harassed even when you tell them the day your going to pay it currently my mom owes less than $50 and the blow her phone up every day starting at 8am and all she did was co sign cause all her...

I would have to say the service was excellent. The associate that was helping me was nice and pleasant to talk very honest about how the credit score goes. Only disapoint for me was the day before I had a credit done at BPU and the said my credit score was 590. But I come to learn everybody don't use the same credit check place of business. And that's on me. I would young lady that actually helped make my experience a success was absolutely Awesome. I want also think the delivery crew was awesome your Service was awesome. Shopping at Farmers Home Furniture was a great experience. Was greeted by Jackie when my daughter and I entered the store. Just bought a new house and was looking for several rooms of furniture to fit into our modern country look. Jackie knew just what to show us. Most of our furniture was 25% off or on clearance/discount , we had a huge savings. We needed the furniture on that following Wednesday, which wasn't a normal delivery day. Staff was able to order everything and set up a special delivery so we had furniture on the day we moved in.
