Waited in line for 15 minutes before I went through the drive through line. When I arrived to the speaker I told the lady at the at the speaker I had 3 separate orders. The entire process was very painful. Lady acted as if she didn’t understand what I was saying, and made the process more difficult than it needed to be. I got to the window seconds later because they were taking one order then filling it then taking another causing the serious back up that was not needed. I get to the window and the young lady had my icecream cone literally melting down her hand when I asked for it to be placed in a cup at the time of order. Which she did not understand how to take an icecream cone and put it in a cup for transport. Which was probable 10 minutes prior during the first order. She had an attitude when I told her I didn’t want it because it was melting down her hand and I had a 10 minute drive home where it would be soup by time I got it there. She then got her manager who told me no matter what it would be melted when I got home. I argued that I didn’t want something that was melting down her employees hand. To which she said I can give you a pint of hard frozen icecream, to which I had responded no I wanted the soft serve cone. She threw more attitude and said she would make me a new one then almost threw it in my car. My other two orders had minor flaws but that’s to be expected. Read moreOk first of all the food was pretty good a few weeks after opening. My second visit was a curve side pick up and once I arrived a nice young lady came to the car and informed us that they no longer sold fried pickles and if we wanted to substitute something else in the the place of the pickles that I needed to come inside to do it. So after going inside and making the change and them canceling the whole order and starting a new one I received my order and proceeded to head home. Once at home and unpacking my order I noticed that the wrapping on all of the sandwiches were totally soaked stuck to the burgers and the onion rings were as cold as ice and I only live 2 miles away from the Tyndall parkway location. The milkshake was complete liquid and practically room temperature. The point behind this review is to ask the question, "is it my fault or the store's fault that my food way a total waste of time and money"? So today I decided to give them another shot to see if my bad experience was a one off or what is the norm and I ordered a fish sandwich, a vanilla mixer and a large onion rings. The fish was the worst if ever had in my life "tasteless and bland"and again the onion rings were as cold as before even though I tried one as I was leaving the parking lot. Read moreOrganization is poor now that most of the employees were fired within he 90-day window. Food is okay. Custard is Fantastic. Servers and runners are good. Atmosphere and cleanliness is great. I knew when I no longer saw a ton of traffic in the parking lot that something was wrong. Business had dropped off drastically. It’s a shame because we needed a good fast food restaurant in Callaway. I like the fact that the hamburgers are made fresh and that is probably why it takes a while to get your food in drive thru and in-house.
