KFC — Restaurant in Callaway

I haven't been here in 2 years decided to go in tonight on Christmas Eve I walked inside use the restroom walked away from my family to come up then the door was locked they said they closed at 9:00 nothing about the lobby being closed so I drove through the drive-thru get to the drive-thru there's this message that's written on a piece of paper to come to the drive-thru to order when I ordered the food resume like they had no clue what was going on I ordered it to the kids chicken tender two-piece meal with some french fries they took my debit card returned it with no receipt I never gave you my two drinks so I walked inside to get my two drinks it was a lot of chaos people yelling at each other and didn't know what was going on Sat outside and waited at each other couples been waiting for 30 minutes they finally got their food we waited probably another 20 minutes or more to get the food there was a person that worked there with a tattoo on the neck that just had a bad vibe what's really bothering me everybody seemed angry and I kept coming out and telling people they didn't have a certain amount of chicken and can I trade it for this amount and then I get home they gave me these big buckets what two pieces of chicken tenders in each bucket no french fries at all I was very disappointed in a service and the professionalism that KFC lived up to since I was three years old going there I don't recommend going in there I think they should shut that location down or get another new management or put a Church's Chicken there very disappointed Colonel Sanders would be flipping over in his grave right now I hope this helps who out the decides to eat their please don't I felt like I...

Myself, and a family member visited the KFC in callaway at 7:30 in the evening, the customer dinning area was spotless clean,the staff were very helpful, attentive to our needs,I ordered the 3 piece big box chicken dinner,with mashed potatoes and gravy and cole slaw,and two Littles, my family member ordered the big box sandwich and nuggets with macaroni and chesse,the orders were great ,done to perfection,the big box I ordered the 3 piece chicken was original was excellent, juicey, tender crunchy outter breading,the coleslaw was fresh cold creamy crunchy delicious, the mashed potatoes and gravy was hot and fresh, the biscuits were nice and warm tender inside, nice on the out side and fresh,her meal was a chicken sandwich and nuggets, the chicken on the sandwich was freshly cooked, hot and juicey, the nuggets were freshly cooked, they were crunchy on the outside tender and juicy with all the tasty flavors of KFC chicken excellent, the macaroni and cheese was very good,the macaroni was cooked nicely not mushie,or under-cooked the cheese was tasty and delicious, we were literally speaking about how good the service was as we were there eating, they were all very polite,professional and greated us with a nice attitude and smiles, we both enjoyed our meals and to be very honest about it,the food was above good it was excellent, the staff went out of their way to serve us ,i will go back again and so will my family member, Thank you to the staff that worked Monday evening. Worst KFC I have ever been to. My husband and I went thru the drive thru yesterday(7/21/18) around 1:00pm to pick up some dinner to bring home. After literally waiting 5 mins for someone to come on the drive thru speaker, we were finally able to place our order- "8pc meal with-" she interrupts me and says "We're out of chicken", I said "You're out of chicken?!" and she says "Nevermind. What sides do you want?". So we finish placing our order, drive around to the window, and the girl working the drive thru proceeds to tell us again that they were out of chicken. I asked why she let me place the order if that was true and she told me that they weren't actually out of chicken, their fryers went down and they weren't working. She said she had almost enough for an 8 pc meal so we took that instead. After we get our food, I pulled over to check our order and make sure everything was in there. Of course I was short 2 sides so I went inside- I have to mention that we had already been there for almost 30 mins by this point- as I walked in, I notice about 7 or 8 people waiting to order. All of the employees just ignored them. A man finally walked up and leaned over the counter and asked if someone was going to help them- silence. After that, I spoke up and told them what the issue was(the fryers being down) and pretty much everyone thanked me and left. Why couldn't the staff just be honest instead of ignoring the customers and making them waste their time?! Ridiculous! I will never go back to that hell hole and i recommend you don't...
