Whoever is running this store in particular needs to go hang out at the Lynn haven store to learn how to manage a pizza store. Drive thru doesn't exist anymore but I didn't get to find that out until pulling up to the menu to order. No warning to not go in the drive thru lane until you get to the speaker box. Then there a poorly taped paper sign stating drive thru closed unless I'm one of the chosen that used the online order or app so now I'm irritated not once but thrice first because the store manager didn't have the coordination and charisma to maintain or trick people to be part of their labor staff second because I got trapped in the drive thru due to the lack of thought put in of sign placement to notify me of my peasant status which is my 3rd reason the insult of letting me waste the trip right past perfectly good parking spots in the understanding that if there's a drive thru then I can drive thru. So as irritated and insulted as I already am I part after my lap around the building put all the windows up in this florida heat get out walk in the store just to find no less than 4 customers already waiting for their orders. Upon asking I discover the customers who have waited the longest have already been there for about 12 minutes and they inform me they were told 9 minutes for their food so those poor souls are now prisoners of little caesars because we all know you pay then the cook. Trust .e when I say prisoners because my last visit I did get lucky enough to catch the store before the manager lost all their employees and got fed the same line about 9 minutes at the drive thru but decided to go in. And when I went in and paid for my order another customer who arrived at least 5 minutes after i already paid ordered a similar type and amount of food but received their food way sooner than it took for me to even get the guy operating the touch screen to tap the pizza icons and make me change. Which I ended up getting angry about and asked for a refund at which 3 of the employees ganged up on the other side of the counter to insist that I couldn't have a refund because my order was cooking. It took me finally bringing my voice up a bit to get the shift manager involved which ended with him insulting my intelligence when i asked him about the other customer that got their food within a few minutes and all the manager would give me in response was a political answer and a statement which was leading and basically direction me away from my question. I hate that store and will from this day forth speak out against it and the entire staff as they are all as equally incompetent and hateful as the manager that runs it. So pay attention little caesars corporate. This is the image your branding...
Read moreMe and my kids eat here ALL the time when we come to Panama (we live in the next county over)… but yesterday… the “slices-n-stix” i got for me and my littlest was DISGUSTUNG!! I drove 30 mins out the way from where I was going and wasted hella gas on top of my online order plus the 2 crazy bread combos I went inside and got … and it made us SICK!! We have been puking and having diarrhea since about 30-45 mins after we ate yesterday, and it was too late to turn around and waste twice the gas to go back when we were that sick. We couldn’t finish our day and we have been sick ever since. Called the store multiple times to try to see if I could get a refund or what could be done and I can’t get an answer. Highly disappointed. Not to mention the girl in the drive thru clearly hates her job, and is THE rudest Caesar’s employee I’ve ever encountered. Will not be back. Cannot believe I have $50 between gas and food wrapped up in 1 pizza and 2 crazy bread combos from damn near 24 hours ago that STILL has us sick....
Read moreI picked up a pizza here on the way home from work which is about a 25 min drive. When I got home we realized the pizza was not made correctly. I called to make them aware which is the first time I’ve had to do so because I usually use the Hwy 77 store. The manager Tony told me he was sorry and the only way he could do anything about it was if I drove the 25 min back up there and had them make over again. I explained that would mean an hour round trip to wait for a new $13 pizza again. He said that was corporate policy and that he was sorry but he would not replace it or put in a credit unless we brought the pizza that was made wrong back right now.. terrible customer service, do better Little Caesars. The food is usually good, but it’s not about how you handle things when everything is going well. Instead what matters is how you handle situations when things go wrong. Order was under the name Richard. Tyndall Parkway store around...
