On my last visit, and it will remain my last visit… I ordered using the app, got to the location and they had bumped my order off the screen but never made it. We sat there for 30 minutes before asking for a refund. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND! They instead gave me a 1-800 number which is an automated loop. So no food, no money back. The food is garbage to begin with.. I ended up having to sit there and wait even longer for them to make my food since they wouldn’t give me my money back. Tell me again how you are unable to do a refund?? I deleted the app, I will never return.
Unfortunately I returned. My husband has been bothering me about wanting a cravings box. lets set the stage.. there are no less than 15 employees behind the counter. only like 2 parties in the dining room. The employee whos job it is to lean on the front counter, informs me (after i stood there for a few minutes ignored) that they do not take orders at the counter. I need to use the digital kiosk. Says she can do it for me if necessary. If you can do the kiosk for me, why cant you take my order at the counter? i know they take orders at the drive thru, this is BS! I hate this place so much, and everytime i find myself there they remind me why i hate it so much. the food was eehh. tell me why i had to wait so long for it when the place was dead (for a reason). Also the crunchy tacos were broken and soggy. I cant make a corporate complaint, because they didnt give me a receipt.....
Read moreDrove through this morning and received less than stellar performance; to put it lightly. An employee working the drive through, who will remain unnamed, gave attitude from the moment i placed my order. Of course, nowadays i have low expectations with regards to service, especially in the area i live in, so i drove to the window. After being told that my total was $5.88, i gave the employee $20.88 in order to get rid of some spare change i had in my vehicle. When she gave me the incorrect amount of change back, i made her aware and she said that i did not give her any change and turned her back on me and called her supervisor up there without any attempt at resolving the situation herself. The supervisor had no interest in hearing my side of the story so i asked for my money back and cancelled my order. Seems such a small thing that i have to rate a restaurant on here for some change but quite frankly it seems like a trend; either the employees are that hard up and collecting extra $ from unsuspecting customers or they really aren’t paying attention. Either way, ive had it with this type of service and this taco bell has lost my business...
Read moreFIRST OF ALL, let start with when we first walked in. ME and my brother went to go try one of their new items and get a slushie because it was horribly hot outside. We finally get in and it takes, legitimately 30 minutes for them to even acknowledge our existence, while we were staring them dead in the eye waiting for someone to take our order. I watched for about 10 minutes employees literally talk about drama and sit around looking brain dead like zombies. Meanwhile there is a literal line building up behind us. FINALLY someone takes our order, keep in mind we only ordered 3 things. THIS MAN proceeds to take 10 minutes to type absolutely nothing into the pen pad. Also we tried getting slushies, guess what? They were out. So we tried getting lemonade. They were out. My brother then suggested we get Mountain dew and they have it so we pay and sit down. FINALLY WE GET OUR FOOD and overall it was good, nothing special of course. In the end I got to witness a bunch of brain dead zombies cook a simple tortilla 10/10...
