Awful. Inedible. took about 30 minutes to get my order. The only positive part of the experience was the employee who skated out to the car - she was very nice and apologetic about missing my order. The bad - everything else. It took about ten minutes from the time I pressed the order button until someone greeted me to take my order. After that, I waited about 25 minutes, watching others who arrived after me order, get their food, eat and leave. When I pressed the button again, they asked if they could take my order - when I asked where my order was, they were confused. The employee on skates came out and double-checked what my order was. She explained that their printer had burned out and the order was redirected to the drive-through printer - a fact that seemed not to hamper any other deliveries to cars next to me. She said they'd make it again as quickly as possible - and she did come back out after about 5 minutes or so. One bite told me the burger had been sitting a LONG time - it was barely room temp. I opened the wrapper fully and one side was smashed in and the bun was soggy, as though it was hot when wrapped, but that was quite some time ago. The fries were barely warm, but could be eaten. I tossed the burger and ate the fries - until I got to the bottom snd found that they apparently don't clean their fry baskets as there were numerous small 'charcoal briquettes' that once were potatoes. Seeing how little care they took with their food or food safety, I did not go ask for a replacement burger. I wrote off my $8.81 as a lesson learned - don't ever go to this Sonic again. They would have received one star, but the employee on skates was being honest about the printer (the redirect is on the receipt) and it's not her fault the people working the drive through set my order aside for 25 minutes then gave it to her to deliver. (to the Manager - if you want to give some feedback to your crew, I'm including the receipt)

Stopped in at this location on my way home from work because the location near my home hasn't carried the pickle promotion items in the past. I've had off and on experiences here in the past. Last year I got an order home, and found that my burger had a bite taken out of it. That order was kindly replaced, due to a mix up with an employees meal, and the employee who helped me, Austin, was very apologetic about the situation . This visit today though is mostly a review of the pickle promotion, but also a review on quality of food I received. I placed my order on the app- pickle fries (only avail in a sm- $3.49), dill burger ($4.49), and a pickle slush and cherry slush- $16 and change. My order arrived in an acceptable amount of time, but when I got my food, I was surprised to see that the sm pickle fries were barely filled (see attached pics), not to mention, contained regular fries as well. Upon eating them, most of them were soggy and barely cooked, and were bland flavored. The pickle slush, while green, didnt taste like pickles at all. The burger itself wasnt horrendous, but wasn't anything worth praising, nor worth almost $5. In the end, definitely not a meal worth $16. I'm finding the only thing worth paying for at sonic anymore are the drinks and shakes. Food always seems to be waaaaay under the bar on quality and taste. Only reason I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1 is because my previous review from a year ago involving the burger that had a bite taken out of it, was 5 stars, so I'm giving them credit from past experience.

I live right down the street from this place. I have attempted to eat here a hand full of times and every time I am even more disappointed. I have never once gotten my correct order. Something is always missing or incorrect. I have never once been able to order food in their drive through and have it take less than 45 minutes. During my last visit I saw that there were only two other cars in line. I assumed that I would be able to get my food pretty quickly seeing as I was on a time crunch. Nope. Over 45 minutes. All I wanted was some chicken strips and tots. When I finally got my food from the rude drive through lady who was not wearing a mask, hairnet, or sonic uniform I made my way to work. Upon opening my meal, I found a cold chicken patty that was cut into strips and thrown in the box with some tots. It appeared to be cooked all the way through so I ate it. Within an hour I had vomited 3 times and ended up having to leave work. I have ate at several sonic restaurants and I know what sonic chicken strips look like. And these are not it. I tried calling the store with no answer. I messaged Sonics corporate page on Facebook with no reply. The visit before this one, I had made.a large order of over $50. When I got home and started handing food out to my family OVER HALF of the order was missing and what was there was incorrect. I am out roughly $200 total in incorrect and missing items in meals from this place and will never be back again. *see attached photo of pathetic chicken strips that gave me food poisioning*

I normally don't leave reviews often anymore but I have to say this was a very awkward, weird and unpleasant experience. My family wanted burgers and we all are done with normal fast food chains but my brother mentioned SONICS, I remember years ago it wasn't to bad, so we decided to order online for pick up. First time useing this feature and sounded convenient, instructions are after you place and PAY for your order online to drive into a stall and press the red button to notify them that you are there. I pull up to the stall press button and a man comes on the intercom and says words I could not understand and hangs up. So I press it again and same thing he mumbles so fast and hangs up. I'm like hmmm this is strange. Another customer pulls in to the stall right next to me and same exact thing happens to her. I asked her what the heck did he say and she too had no idea. I was like forget all this I'm going up to the door to talk to someone. I approach the door and knock and a guy stares at me and continues working. I walked over to the drive thru and a younger woman is there stares at me aswell and walks away. I'm looking in and there all just standing there. I say through the glass, "hey I placed an online order that I already paid for", again blank stares. After about 2 minutes a woman comes out of the side door and asks what I was doing. I said "I'm here to pick up my order that I placed and paid for online" and gave her my name. I mentioned the mumbling guy over the intercom and that I couldn't understand a word he said. She acknowledges and asked if I have a vehicle. "Yes mam like I said I'm parked over there in a stall trying to figure out what's going on", She says they have my food but she can not give it to me until I drive around! I'm right here right now. Wouldn't it be easier to hand me our order and be on my way? I'm irritated but whatever I get back in my car at the stall, pull around to the drive through wait for another customer in front and a younger female opens the window and asks me what I'm doing. I'm here to pick up my order! Gives me our 3 drinks. I ask for a drink caddy and she is like what is that you mean a drink carrier? Very rude demeanor. Get the food say thank you have a good night. No thank you have a nice night back from the young female employee. Food was awful, in all honesty the burgers were almost fishy tasting, fries cold no salt, out of the 3 burgers none of us finished them. Only thing that was pretty good were the milkshakes. All in all a really bad experience with a bad taste in my mouth literally. I don't remember customer service being this bad. Times are changing forsure....

Disorganized. I got the large chicken sandwich. I hate to think how small the regular chicken sandwich is. At least fifty per cent breading, which was fried to a crunchy texture. Some of the chicken breast was less than a quarter of an inch thick. I think they were out of the largel chicken and served a small to me. Nothing was bad but nothing was really good. I won't give them another chance. The owner of the store sent a message to me on here. There was a link included which wasn't working. But that's impressive that they responded so quickly. In light of that I'll give more information. I think Sonic is from California. The first one i saw was in Texas. They moved into the east coast, gosh, must have been in the eighties. What i remember is multiple milk shake flavors. I don't remember car hops in Daytona Sonic. To me that was the best of the fifties a hopping burger joint with car service. I fully appreciate how hard it is to run a franchise. Since i was in the drive thru i didn't get to look inside. Most of the fast food places are take out only since COVID. But the exterior was clean and tidy and showed no disrepair. I'm not sure if the exact time, but i bought the ferry ticket back to the island at 11:03. So i was ordering lunch between 10:30 and 10:45. A personable, even friendly sounding young lady took our order thru the intercom. We pulled to the window, and she was friendly and pert. I gave her the wrong card, she ran the other one and i asked if i could pay in cash, there was a "no change available" sign. And i had just realized that they could keep the change. She had given us our drinks and walked away, i was assuming to get the food, when another young man came up and started to pour out drinks again. I told him we already had them. I heard her saying it from the rear of the kitchen, "they've already paid". At that point we waited. The cars (3) stacked up behind us. I offered to pull around so they could be served. Maybe it was break time, maybe she had an emergency maybe the chicken was frozen. So i mentioned the crispy crunchy breading, really well done. The two ounce chicken portion was a joke. The French fries had a peculiar flavor. I was thinking fried fish? From the oil. There was a crisp leaf of lettuce and a slice of tomato. So unless i went to a nearby high school and knew the kids that worked there and there was a party in the parking lot. The food just didn't cut it. The root beer was good and he gave me a refill since i drank the first one waiting. Great TV ads...

Unfortunately, my experience at this Sonic was terrible. I ordered on the app so when I pulled into the stall I checked in and waited. I got there pretty early so I expected to be waiting for a bit before they could get me my order. So 20 minutes in I didn't mind that it hadn't been brought out yet but I did decide to press the red button to find out how long I'd be waiting. No response. Another 20 minutes in and I noticed that the drivers in the stalls next to me started getting out and exclaiming as they went up to the Sonic window to find out what was taking so long with THEIR food. Rude. I felt bad for the employees because no matter how long you're waiting, there is no excuse for rudeness and aggressive behaviour. I pressed the red button again. No response. My boyfriend walked up to the window and politely asked what was going on. The employee said they were a bit backed up but would bring out our stuff as soon as possible. He returned to the car and we continued to wait. It's been over an hour at this point and I hear an employee yelling over the speakers in the stalls that the stalls are closed to everyone pressing the red button. And I mean legitimate YELLING. So I walk up to the window and ask what's going on, informing the employee that I ordered online and have been waiting over an hour. The employee gets the manager who comes and checks my order receipt and says she will go in and find it. She comes out with my order after about 30 seconds. I take it to the car and it is all completely cold. It is very apparent that it was ready AT LEAST 40 minutes ago. We decide to eat it anyway because we dont want to wait for them to remake it but they forgot one of the milkshakes. I figure its a quivk thing so I walk up to the window and knock. Multiple employees look at me then turn away. I wait 5 minutes then knock again. They ignore me. An employee comes out to take an order to another car and when he comes back he says "what are you waiting for now?" as if I was only there to bother him. As if ashamed of myself I lower my head and say, "I'm sorry but we're missing a shake" at which point he huffs and goes inside. Another few minutes and he brings it out. I went back to my car. I cannot believe the experience. I'm pretty passive about food services because I've worked retail and totally get that customers are jerks most of the time so I always make sure that I'm not but this was...
