Lover's Lane - Parma Hts — Local services in Parma Heights

I wish I could give this store a 0 star...they were not knowledgeable about their products. I usually shop at the Southgate Maple hts location(which was a very excellent experience).Only reason I went to Parma Heights was because I was on the west side,totally regret that decision! They seemed uncomfortable and uptight and made me feel the same way! They seemed botherd we were there! No eye contact by the manager, and she didn't really speak to us directly. To top it off we bought $60 worth of products because we are celebrating our anniversary-during check out, I asked if they had coupons and she suggested to go on my email to find one but when I was doing that, she was annoyed that it took a while.Because of the vibe I just wanted to get out of that store!

Usually a Great place to shop. Lately everything I've wanted to buy has been sold out or they stopped selling. Mercedes (Sadie) and Caylnn we so kind and patient and gave this first time girly a beautiful and considerate experience.
