FIESTA LATINA TAQUERIA — Restaurant in Parma Heights

Where to begin. Waited 15 minutes before my wife and I got to order a drink. Three other couples in restaurant before us. Ordered Bloody Mary’s. Supposed to be a “specialty “ of bartender. First time asked how spicy I wanted it. Showed up 20 minutes later with a salted rim and a slice of bacon garnish. I think they forgot the vodka in both. Tasted like cold tomato soup with tobasco sauce. Finally got to order food after another 15 minute wait. Ordered sausage biscuits and gravy with eggs over easy. The eggs came 1 degree short of hard boiled. Asked for hot sauce, it never came. Our server Robert, the ONLY server kept offering excuses to all tables, now there are seven, that he is the only person there. He stated he called the boss, but no relief is in sight. Total time in place 1 hour and 40 minutes to eat breakfast. This is the third business to occupy this space in the past two years. They have an identity crisis, it has Fiesta Lantina on the front of building, but the menus show Dos Amigos..? A lot more observations but you get the gist of it. Hope improvements are in their future, because excuses will not make up for poor results. Proper Planning Prevents Poor...

We went there for breakfast and ordered omelettes. The potatoes that came with the omelette were cold. The service was poor. There was only one other table there. They were a table of 5, we were ignored. The server literally just bs'd with that table the entire time; I'm thinking they all knew each other. Another party came in, sat down, waited about 10 minutes and left because they weren't acknowledged either. The music coming out of the kitchen was playing louder than the music being played in the dining area. They've been open four months, but there are too many unfinished projects. The establishments feels like it was just thrown together (entry doors, outdoor signage, mismatched tables, etc.) The food was just ok, even if the potatoes weren't cold. It took approximately 20 minutes to get two omelettes, and again, there was only one other party there. The prices were good, but not worth the experience....
