Normally, Im a fan of this location. However, this particular visit was was absolutely disgusting. I went in to exchange a piece inexpensive fashion jewelry. From the minute I walked into the store with my son by my side, I was getting looks of disgust thrown my way for whatever reason considering I'm wearing a suit at the moment. Proceeded to speak to one of the rudest employees behind the jewelry counter to ask for assistance because all I needed was the exact same piece of jewelry just in a different size! The two women behind the counter gave me my options after finding out that the ring I was trying to exchange was not available in my size at all. The lady made a comment that absolutely made me sick! She stated that I have more options as far as my size was concerned if I spent more money on a real piece of jewelry instead of buying something so cheap! I couldn't believe that they would make such a comment about products in their own store! The lady behind the counter was even more disturbing then the first one! She didn't exactly put down the merchandise that was being sold in their store but she did however talk to myself and my son as if we were ignorant peasants and shouldn't have been shopping for jewelry in the first place! Which was extremely shocking because I am very well-versed in jewelry lingo considering I worked in the jewelry industry for over 10 years and the other jewelry that I had on was extremely high end, so in no way shape or form could I come across as being ignorant but because of the fact that I was asking to see a few different pieces of jewelry that I was interested in for my wife, she was so frustrated and annoyed that I was asking her if I could see a few pieces from the display! With that being said I don't normally go on rants like this regarding stores or their employees but if you have such a hard time working with customers you might want to consider a different career path that doesn't require you 2 deal with customers and require your entire day to be based around quality customer service! July 2024 Since Kohl's has moved the Amazon return desk, it has not been staffed. All returns have to go through the regular return desk. There is only one employee there and she handles ALL returns. This is a terrible system. Why not open the Amazon desk? Every time I need to return an item I'm waiting in line for 15 to 20 minutes minimum. Other employees walk by but no one stops to help. Management need to fix this immediately. Absolutely terrible customer service

October 23, 2024 5:23 pm Wednesday Hallelujah, they opened up the Amazon desk. There was still a line at the regular return desk but the Amazon desk, even with a trainee only took less than a minute with three people in line. Who is ever at that station at this time had excellent customer service

12/01/2024 (1 pm) The customer service desk was once again severely understaffed. The line today went back through the aisle into the next section. There would have been an easy hour wait. You might think about installing line markers that tell customers how long it's going to be to get service.

Read moreI was in today (8/9/2021) just before 11:30am and noticed an elderly woman being pressured into getting a credit card that she did not understand. It was obvious that the elderly woman was confused on how to use the card and how it differed from her regular card. Near the end of the process, the elderly woman seemed very hesitant and like she wanted to back out, and even suggested cancelling the whole thing, but the employee loudly repeated “all you have to do is sign”. The elderly woman still had questions after she signed.
I am sure the employee knew this woman did not understand. Store credit cards are not something to open on a whim, and the elderly can be targeted by employees looking to make a commission. I was disappointed by the entire interaction between the employee and elderly customer. Employees should not pressure the elderly into something they do not understand. Senior citizens deserve to be treated with respect.
I left the store feeling upset and like I should have gone over and explained to the elderly woman what the card was and that she does not have to do anything she is unsure of, no matter how pushy the employee is. Let this review be a warning to anyone with...
