Geek Squad — Local services in Pasadena

I needed a screen repair and came here to get it done. When I came to my first appointment, I was told they didn't have the part and it would take a week to get it in. Understandable, since my phone is still considered new and it would be expensive. I was told when they call me, I'll be able to come in to drop my phone off. The store doesn’t take phone call right now which is a big inconvenience. You have to go to the store to get an update with Geek Squad because if the update in the system is not up to date. The customer service line can not reach the store. The store should take their phone calls so they can give an update on repairs with Geek Squad. It has been a week and I have not been able to reach the actually store (Geek Squad) to see if they receive...

Chuck did a great job reinstalling my dash cam. How I wish I'd gone to him in the first place! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and I felt safe.
