The wedding got postponed to a later date, the next time visiting my sizes were all the same so they resent my order, or so we thought! I called 5 days before the wedding to check on the status of my order I was informed the suit would arrive a few days before the date. 3 days later I was informed my order was never sent, and they had no idea where my suit was! Trying to resolve this problem, I was resized and put for a next day delivery but my pants would be baggy and I'd have to wear them up to my belly button. " This is how they're supposed to fit" is what I was told. They staff ignored my calls to check on my order handing the phone to someone else 4 times the night before the wedding because my suit still hadn't arrived. I had to search department stores and buy what I could. I was able to buy everything I needed for less than the rental suit price. The day of the wedding I received a call, my suit had arrived 1 hour before the wedding! I received and upset attitude when I informed them I would need a full refund. The Pasadena TX location messed up 2 other customers orders during this whole ordeal. I will never again return to ANY Men's Wearhouse and deter any customers from going through this, with this company. They didn't even offer a gift card, store credit, any sort of compensation for the panic this left me in as an effort to make it right and not lose a customer for life! THANKS...
Read moreI’m giving this location one star for its customers service and lack of communication to its customers. When I walked in to get my husband’s rental I was not greeted or even talked to by the employee who found me. When I handed him my paper he walked away from me without a word to the back to retrieve the suit not letting me know if I should follow or stay where I was. I felt like a lost customer of course not familiar with what to do. If it’s even possible to check cameras (I wish )you could see how I was treated. When he did receive the suit there was still no communication on where to follow him to which register (one in front or back of store) I just followed. I remember it clearly because a DoorDash Order came for an employee and that’s the most he even talked. When he handed me the receipt and suit I replied that’s it and he said yup. No instructions on when to return it or anything. I later find out when I drop the suit off of the late fees by the NIce lady that works there. I am pissed ! I was not told when to return the suit or late fees from day one of trying suit , or getting the suit,only dropping it off. The main kicker is the SAME employee was the one who helped me on all three days or was there. If I see this employee next time I will not be getting helped by him. He needs more customer service training or training in informing clients the store policy. I don’t know if it’s because I was a lady or he was just having a bad day all three times...
Read moreWill never go to a men’s warehouse again. I know Jos is owned by the same Tailored Brands company so likely going to avoid there as well. We made an 11am appointment which was a complete joke as I could’ve just walked in and gotten the same terrible service. I’m getting married and need a suit… I don’t want to even waste my time describing the unprofessional environment for the 3rd time at Mens Warehouses, at multiple different locations. Looking elsewhere for someone who actually cares that I’m getting married. Out of all the bad men’s warehouse experiences…. This was the worst… employee seemed high and was completely distracted, disinterested and literally walked away while I was asking a question. I needed help in picking a suit and was told I couldn’t even try any on and instead just had to look at the suit on an app… seriously? And they couldn’t even show me the exact color the suit would be… like what kind of business is this? The employee literally kept walking off to do other stuff and then within 15 min of interaction not counting the 20 min or so of standing waiting for him to focus on us where I still had no idea what suit I even wanted he wanted us to create a wedding group and basically was done with us… like did we miss something here?
