UPDATE: Miso responded to my Review. Such liars as they completely wasted my time. I contacted them via email, like they asked me to under my initial review. After I contacted them, I received a response, as they expressed a desire to want to make things right. They tell me to email them back relaying how I wanted to receive the rest of my investor perks. I send the email back like they instructed, but I NEVER get another response from them after that and I STILL never receive the rest of my investor perks. Afterwards, I made MULTIPLE attempts to contact them through this same email to see why they stiffed me, but more radio silence. Why the fake responses on Google like you really planned to fix anything? You did it for show for the readers. I hate I invested with them. They have Zero integrity to their investors. I dropped 10 Grand on these guys, and they can't even get back with me??? To this very day I still send follow up messages, and they still have yet to respond to any of them. All contact from MISO has been completely lost. I honestly just want my whole investment back now! I feel so disrespected. Here's my original review below...

"I invested over 10k with this company in 2020 in their series "C" round. I was promised an investment incentive if I invested 10k or more. The perks promised to the investors were as follows: A Caliburger giftcard in the amount of $100 and LA Dodgers tickets along with Miso Robotics merchandise (hats). I received the merchandise about 8-9 months after the investment, but when I contacted Miso about the rest of the perks including the Dodger tickets, there was straight silence. It's been 2 years since I invested and I have not received the entirety of the investment perks that were PROMISED. Integrity is key especially when making promises to investors. I'll have to give them a bad score "Temporarily" for the up-sale of investors on giftcards and Sports tickets that Miso failed to deliver on. So I have read numerous negative reviews here regarding Miso. Many voice that they have not received any return, etc. So first, I am not affiliated with the company outside of being an investor. But I would like to provide a brief explaination here that hopefully will help some to understand.

This is a startup. They are not a public company so of course Schwab and other brokers will not have a listing. Likewise, as a startup, Miso is using the funds raised in R&D and their operational expenses, which includes rent, salaries, utilities, marketing, etc. It will likely be some time, perhaps several years, before they do go public. And the timing of any individual public offering (IPO) is based not only on their operations, but also the market. For example, even if their operations say in 3 years is going gangbusters, but the market has collapsed, it would likely be unwise to initiate an IPO.

So any investment into a startup must be predicated on wishing to be a part of and having faith in the technology, plus understanding there will be no return on your investment for several years, and recognizing that you are risking your investment in a new venture with little to no track record. So the key here, is wanting to invest in potential. Not a proven activity. That is arisk. For those that do not understand those basics, it is not an appropriate investment. And Miso makes that clear in their offering.

So there are numerous related discussions one may have around these basic topics, and I am not attempting to answer all of them. But I hope this clears up some of the basic issues.

They told the investor to email them and the investor emailed them multiple times and never got a response.

Then the investor made a 2nd bad google review and MISO told them to reach out to THE SAME EMAIL THAT THEY DONT RESPOND TO.
