As hard it is to find parking, I ended up finding a space to walk all the way to their store to be turned around. The guy there told me I can't get any arrangements at all, not even a few flowers because of their online orders. He ended up telling me to plan ahead next year to get flowers. Really? Is that how you treat walk in customers? If you're going to have a store, let customers come in and ask what type of flowers they need. Don't preasume that we are all there to get roses.
