Pasadena Park Plaza — Local services in Pasadena

We arrived at 99¢ only store with ten minutes til closing and were rushed out when we were only looking for one item, so we left, even though the cashier stayed there having a long conversation with a man. I live over an hour away. We came back the next day 16 minutes before closing to run in for that one item and the doors were locked and the cashier was shaking his head at us rudely. Other people behind us were trying to do the same thing and were not happy. I get people coming in and keeping you past closing, but we weren't doing that. If they want to be closed sooner, the listed hours should...

Went to BigLots for furniture, I thought it was going to be a horrible experience b/c the sales person was already helping someone that was indecisive lol, so I was like OMG this is going to be long and I was never acknowledged. So I waited foe about 20min, I went to the front of the store where the sales rep was and waited patiently to ask if there was another person to help.... when I say she multitasked and help both of us, this was the best experience I've ever had with a Big Lots store.. Job well done to...

I love this shopping center as it has several of my favorite places in one easy location. The best part is my laundromat is right there so whether I hit big lots or harbor freight to pick up stuff I need for the house, need to grab some groceries across the street at Kroger or fill up on gas or just need some self care at either of the nail salons while I wait it’s super convenient to make the most of my time.
