First and foremost. I want to say I have been here plenty of times before and I enjoy the food. But yesterday, 5/2/24, I went to have lunch there with some coworkers and ordered the Thursday special, enchiladas verdes. As I ALWAYS ask for extra salsa ON my enchiladas, but because they tend to be dry (for my liking). They bring my food out, and enchiladas are dry! The tortilla was soaked dry. It had absorbed the little bit of salsa they put in. I wait for waitress to come by, I don’t even bother them by looking for her. She comes by and I ask for more salsa please and point out the enchiladas are dry! She walks away saying “ok”, but then goes to clean tables behind us. About 10 mins pass, and I try to catch her attention and call her to please bring me the salsa. When she sees me waving I hear her scream “ahy no” looks back, then asks the male cashier to bring me the salsa. I had to confirm with my coworkers if I was tripping when I heard her say “ahy no” and they clearly heard her say that and that’s because they were not even facing that way! He brings me back a small cup, 4oz, of salsa to put on my enchiladas. Then when it comes down to pay, I find out they are charging me for it. I told him I had asked for extra salsa on my enchiladas when I first put my order in, not a 4oz cup of it! (I have NEVER been charged for it before) he then tells me “but you did ask for extra salsa!” Again, I ASKED FOR IT ON MY ENCHILADAS WHEN I FIRST PUT MY ORDER IN, WHICH ISN'T A WHOLE 4oz CUP FULL! My point here, is WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!?? To the female server, Luisa, and that male cashier, Carlos, lighten up a bit, and try to satisfy customers better! It’s not about complaining about paying…but the attitude...
Read moreI ordered some fajita nachos to go, here 2 days ago. I ordered them around 7:30pm. That was the only thing i ate for dinner. I started feeling a bit sick late at night. Around 3 am i began to throw up. I couldn't go to work the next morning due to how bad i was feeling. Around 12 noon i decided to go to the doctor. My head was pounding in pain cause of the high fever i had, my stomach hurt, had terrible nausea, and my body was super weak and in a bit of pain. Sure enough i was diagnosed with a stomach virus due to something i ate. I was given two shots and some prescriptions. I paid $150 out of pocket. I went home and rested. The following day i called the restaurant to let them know what happened. I also told the female manager i felt that they should pay for my medical bill. She got defensive and said she didn't believe me and I couldn't have gotten sick from her food. A $10 nacho plate cost me an extra $150 plus a work day. I have the receipt of the food and medical paperwork. I will be consulting my...
Read moreMy family and I have ate here a few times, mainly for dinner. I have had excellent service, no problems at all. We decided to go here this past Sunday for my birthday, because i was craving breakfast tacos. We go in and it doesn't say to seat yourself or wait, so we just went and grabbed a booth and waited. And waited. i looked up to where the employees were and there are 3 people just standing there staring at us. At this time it had been about 10 minutes of us just sitting there and no one had even bothered to come to our table, even just to say give them a moment. Instead, they were still just staring at us. At that point i got mad, what horrible customer service. I could understand if they were busy, but maybe 6 tables were being used. So my husband decided for us to go and find another restaurant to go to. Went down the street and got me some breakfast tacos. Needless to say, won't be back here. Too bad too, they do have a wonderful...
