Winters — Restaurant in Pasadena

It was ok at first then i took my buddy i knew outside to talk sense into him then the Bouncer who didnt make himself known that he was a bouncer along with two other dudes he just walked up threatened me with bodily harm by putting his crusty nasty hand on my new bottle of beer telling me to give it up hand it over don't make me embarrass you and i asked him embarrass me how and i told him put your hands on me I'll embaress you i actually grew up in a military back ground and taken on bigger dudes than him.im a very easy going respectful to others grown man who spent over a 180.00 in your bar and your employee threatened me like tha...t with all due respect i was no where near drunk i walk different regardless due to medical reasons...but apparently that's why he approached me and told me i was stumbling i got 3 bad discs in my back and two bad ankles so yeah i dont walk straight ..but anyhow the way he approached me was unprofessional like i said he didnt make it known he was a bouncer he just reacjhed out and grabbed my 4.00 property with his filthy hands said give it up give it up dont make me embarrass you with all due respect jason if i would of retaliated i could of taken them out with no problem and i would of been perfectly justified with my actions because like i said they didn't even make themselves known as being part of the crew they just came at me with a threatening manner but i apologize if i got out of linr with them but they were wrong for that but as i told him when i left it wad a new bottle of beer still full and he owes me a new one if i...

Well where do I start. 1st, it was my wife’s bday and walked in and the bar tender was giving us a hard time about a seating situation. We all know if you reserve tables they should have a sign on them and one table did but one table we ask that didn’t have any sign, if we could sit there and the bar tender said yeah but if someone shows up for that table then we have to move. We were confused..On another note, they I’d my wife she forgot to bring it cause they never ask for it,and I know if you look under the age I can understand of asking for I’d but they literally ask anyone of any age for there I’d..that’s very disrespectful for them to do that. But I understand they have to follow protocol but still is a bad way to run a business. This was our first time there and it disappointed my wife that night but we went to another place where they don’t ask for your I’d every time you order a drink. Never will go back again. Just felt I had to say something but I really think this place needs to change the ways of there business. Had a really bad experience with this location.The bartender wasn't even talking to the customers.There would be a nickname.Some customers were waiting in line and not getting the service that they deserved.Also, they sit on the floor that they had their drinks for $10 a bucket and then once they charged you.They said that the flyer had already been changed and they charged more. Also, the men's restaurant behind the bar was dirty. They had no hand soap to wash your hands or toilet paper to use the bathroom. Even the toilet paper rack was on top of the sink which I thought it was unprofessional. I don't recommend this place and I will never go there again. The customer service and representation is bad. The tables were all up and chairs. So there was really no room for any one to sit down. So a lot of people were standing up. The d j was awesome but I think he got in trouble when he told me about the ten dollar buckets and the guy that was behind the bar...
