Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pasadena

Placed an order through the app around 1900 tonight and this store definitely has repeat customers. The pizza was hot and fresh, and the delivery driver (I wish I had gotten his name) was wonderful. He was so polite and patient while he waited for us to put up the dogs so we could answer the door. When he dropped off our food, he let us know his store was out of Dr pepper and he was told by his manager to give us the $3 in cash. He was very apologetic and honestly, it's no big deal. We told him to keep the money and add it to the tip I gave him on the card. He offered to go back to his store and get us something else and I told him it was no big deal and to have a great night. Not 30 minutes later there was a knock at the door and he brought us our Dr pepper. I'm not sure where he got it from, but it made our night that he was willing to go out of his way for us. This was the worst Pizza I have ever ordered from any establishment. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza. It was delivered to my home. On receipt I noticed first there was no chicken, none ! It looked unappetizing but it was dinner. I tried it and soon realized there was no Buffalo sauce. I literally received a pizza with cheese, a few onions and banana peppers. It was extremely dry and pretty tasteless. I am not one to complain but I paid close to 25.00 for this 12.00 meal box to be delivered. I called and the delivery person answered. I explained my concerns and was placed on hold. I patiently waited over 25 minutes. The phone call was disconnected at the 27 minute mark. I am assuming they hung up on me. This is poor customer service. I am annoyed after tipping graciously and getting such bad food and poor customer service. Ordered last night and it took over an hour and a half for our pizza to come. Supposedly the driver "knocked and called" but my dog hears everything and would've heard someone at the door. He returned to the store and had the manager call me and accuse us of not answering the phone or door. Come to find out the driver called the wrong number and I believe he went to the wrong apartment number. When our food finally arrived, our pizza was soggy and cold, along with everything else. The manager had assured us the pizza would still be hot and gave us a 15 dollar credit then said we shouldn't use the app next time to call it in. What difference would that make?? Well it's the next morning and everyone is sick from the food. Never ordering from this location or possibly pizza hut ever again. If I can add a photo I will. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED...
