I glanced at the comments,someone stated that the prices were low,Well that's great for you buyers out there,but if you are looking to sell your personal items to her,realize this,I went in there to present a few items to her,for her to potentially buy,She lowballed me,I literally could not believe the percentage rate that she stated that she takes,I had to control myself as not to laugh at how much of a rip-off she was offering me.I've been reselling for decades,probably longer that her,And I've dealy with a plethora of boutique owners,antique shops,etc.....This establishment I will 100% never vist again.I understand "if" her business approach is to buy cheap/sell cheap,but if that's the case,She's essentially taking advantage of people who most likely( like myself),Am trying to make money,just like anyone else,however there is a "mutual,happy medium" that everyone should go by,in order to be honest and fair to "everyone".If you're looking to sell your items to her,and you really need the money,Don't go here,you'll get cheated,but if you don't really need money because you're very secure,then...

I’m in town from DFW. Since I had some extra time, I decided to stop in. They had some nice pieces at very affordable prices.

It was mostly older women shopping, so some of the pieces seemed to align more to that crowd. However, it wasn’t limited, just maybe a bit more geared toward them. Some women were shopping for a cruise and hit the jackpot with dresses.

No one greeted me, but maybe that’s just a southern thing. If I’m back, I’d definitely give them another chance based on other reviews.

I love Ritz Resale and the wonderful couple, Jennifer and Vic, who own it. They are such good hearted, enthusiastic, loving people who love what they do and know and love every item in their store. I've consigned many MZ Wallace bags with them and they've always been fair & wonderful to me. Such kind, wonderful pillars of the local Sierra Madre/Pasadena area and a gem of a store. I've also bought beautiful items from them, name brand scarves, jewelry, at great prices. Wish more places were like Ritz. I've recommended them to everyone I know and I hope they...
