Their quality has become too inconsistent and their customer service is sorely lacking. We had a few bad experiences in the past with the ratio of cheese and sauce. We're not picky but it was pretty bad. We like the idea of supporting a small business but if we're paying twice as much as Dominos, we expect both superior quality and consistency. We called the second time the puzza turned out bad but it was a sorry, we've had a few complaints like this but nothing else. We took a break for a while and recently started ordering from them again. The first time was okay but the second time the pizza was way too doughie, like chewing gum bad. I took it back but because the cheese was melted they assumed it was fine. The young girl passed me off to the older lady (manager?owner?) who seemed annoyed and not nice at all. She said because I ordered it on Slice that I would have to request a refund from them even though they get paid from Slice. Sorry, but not going back...

First time visitor. My brother n law recommended it since it was late and we wanted a quick bite. It may look like a hole in the wall of a place but once you enter the place is clean. They have a large dining area to the left as you walk in. The staff was very friendly. The menu is loaded with many items to eat. But that night we were only looking for pizza. We ordered a jumbo pepperoni with sausage. 20 minutes later pizza came out hot. The pizza was very cheesy and not much grease. When I lifted a slice it didnt flop, good crisp bottom and the edge was not bulky and perfectly crispy. The only knock I have they dont serve beer. This pizza would have been a great combo with a tall cold Stella. So if you're stick on traffic and looking for a place to exit for an hour this is the place. Cesar salad is OK but the dressing was rancid so it ruined the whole salad 🥗😑 &&' The chicken wings taste like they have been out the fridge for a while and not fried right, it gave a weird taste at the end , but thank God the ranch helped out a lot to avoid the bad after taste. Now, the chicken Alfredo creamy sauce is good and the pasta is a little over cooked sides that it's not that bad compared to the Chicken that goes on the Chicken Alfredo pasta, was HORRIBLE , TASTES LIKE RUBBER &&' OF AGE 😫😓 but taking that chicken off which surprisingly is far worse than the chicken wings , the pasta is alright.
