This is the worst place I've ever been. The woman who did my hair doesn't have a license and told me she mostly does mens hair (she didn't tell me this until she was halfway done with my hair). I was supposed to have a peekaboo hair style, blonde on top, black on the bottom with black woven into the blonde. The black was supposed to have a purple tint to it. The blonde ended up being grey and the black didn't have any hint of purple whatsoever. My haircut was terrible. She put layers on one side and nothing on the other. By this time I had been there for 4 1/2 hours! She could clearly tell I wasn't happy with my hair and she didn't offer any kind of discount (so ridiculous. I'd never run a business this way). She said I could come back the next day and she'd fix it....Yeah right. I went to a different shop today to have my hair fixed and the girl who did my hair asked me where I went and what did they do to me?! She said my cut looks like a 10 year old did it, the colors aren't even, I had 'bleed marks', and that my hair should've been washed in cold water. She pointed out things I didn't even notice. Thank God I went there to get it fixed My recommendation/my opinion: I would never go back to this place. I can't believe they are even a legitimate...

I went to get eyelash extensions. The end result looked good but I didn't get what I paid for. There were clusters of what were supposed to be extensions glued to my skin and not the lashes themselves. My eyes are currently severely irritated due to glue being on my skin. Also, several of my natural lashes have come out due to the irritation and me scratching due to the piled on glue. I also asked during service when I thought I felt her gluing wads of lashes on was this a lash by lash service. I was told yes but that was a lie. I think its critical to be honest when rendering services...

I went for makeup, they did not clean my face, they did not moisturize it. the makeup is inconsistent, i have more shadow in one eye than the other. They put eyeliner inside my eye. zero mascara on bottom lashes, i had concealer instead of foundation and it wasn't even the right color. to finish the lip liner was darker than my lipstick and the color of the lipstick is almost identical to the color of my face. despite having explained to them, they never...
