I have never seen such disrespect to a customer who paid in full for an appliance. After eyeing and appliance days before I came back as promised to purchased a refrigerator early morning as soon as they opened and was told Same day delivery - to next day. Once the business day was closing I called for a status everyone I spoke told me it was coming that evening. I received not one returned phone call nor update. I called the next business day and was told to come get my money back (because the appliance delivery person wasnât responding back- still no one has dialed my number NOT once) I kept calling and was being told they had no one to speak English and hung up on me. I showed up all for the store manager to tell me I was giving him a headache all because I wanted the delivery I was promised or even some direct communication. He got in my face and told me he wasnât delivering to me anymore and to take a refund. Out of all the times I called, no one asked for my name, phone number or invoice number to even confirm what sale I was referring to. The same delivery person that was unresponsive was magically there eating on the sales floor not even knowing I had an appliance to go out that day. As a woman I felt so disrespected and not one apology was issued for the confusion or inconvenience! The manager was disgustingly rude! GO TO ELITE APPLIANCES INSTEAD! The customer service was shockingly poor; the staff were not only unhelpful but also downright dismissive. I spent three excruciating days arguing just to get any information about my order. I called nearly six times, and each time I was put on hold for over 18 minutes, only to be met with silence or vague excuses.
To make matters worse, the furniture was not only delayed but arrived damaged and of subpar quality. The prices were outrageous for what I received, and the entire process felt like a complete scam. It was as if they had no intention of delivering on their promises. I urge you to steer clear of One Touch Furnitureâsave yourself the frustration and find a store that actually values its customers.    Read moreI had the most frustrating experience with ONE TOUCH FURNITURE . I ordered a bed set a month ago, and I was told it would be delivered today. However, when I called to check on my order, I was informed that it was damaged and that I wouldnât receive a replacement for another four weeks!
To make matters worse, the staff has been incredibly unprofessional. After discovering the damage, I was promised a king-size bed set as a replacement, only to be told later that it wasnât available. The constant back-and-forth and mixed messages are unacceptable.
I feel completely disrespected, and now Iâm stuck waiting for a product I might not even receive. When I asked about a refund, I was met with resistance. This place feels like a complete scam!
