I would’ve gave it no stars ! The Young Guy behind the register , is very Argumentative ! Has poor customer service ! i tried to explain to him , like no matter what or how mad u become , with a paying customer, every reaction doesn’t need a reaction !!! so i started to leave out the store , remind you . he’s on his phone also , the customer said , how about i just won’t come back to the store anymore , he says “ Oh you don’t have to come back “!! so thats why i turned back , to remind him , this is why its so much unnecessary violence, going on in the world today ! instead of his reply , he should replied “ok just have a nice day !! instead he went to say ! oh u want me to go get my manger i will ! as if nothings gonna happen anyways ! so atp he feels comfortable, continuing service this way ! which is unacceptable!! he said oh u know how old i am , i said im 40+ i worked in retail, but now im a NURSE ! so i know how it goes ! i said when u get behind someone’s counter ! it doesn’t matter how old you are ! it’s all about customer service ! u shouldn’t let a customer get you that mad , to a point , you’re arguing with a customer, this is where and how u make your money !! from CUSTOMERS !!!! He went to get the manager , and i explained everything to the manager as well !! the manager seem to act like he care , but he couldn’t have , because the young boy was still basically arguing with the customer, while his manger was standing right there ! so i know nothings gonna be done, about the situation! I won’t be going there anymore! until he gets someone older and someone that has excellent customer service ! Sorry 1st time i went there & it will be the last time for sure !! this is a new location, that just opened up on park ave & east 33rd street...

Good place, and something for everyone! Only thing is parking sucks depending on what time you go. It’s open later than most smoke shops which is cool, prices are great and the people that work there are friendly. The place is very clean and neatly organized. Definitely suggest...

I’m new to lava life but this is where I started to purchase from and it’s been cool I guess I’m going to check the app information that was provided and see if it holds true but other than that I have no complaints very nice store...
