These guys are weak. First they tell me they got what i needed. I drive out there oh no sorry they dont got it but yeah they can deliver it for an extra 20 on monday. They couldve waived that fee but alright.
Monday no where to be found, they roll up tuesday like noon, never calling in advance to schedule the delivery, They also dont bother to knock on the door or ring the bell.
They call twice in, wait 5 minutes and leave.
Now they want 20 bucks to bring it back out here.
Sorry if i missed the call while putting the baby down, sorry if natural to expect someone to knock on your door if they are delivering something. Sorry to expect when you miss your first deadline to schedule a drop off for the next day. Common sense? Apparently not for these clowns.
Oh and by the way why they didnt show monday? They were not sure the phone number had a 3 or a 5 in it despite their having entered it into the computer.

Read moreI placed an order on Sunday(mother's day) they deliver a box spring and a full size mattress on Tuesday. On Wednesday I noticed that the spring box didn't fit in my Ikea Bed Frame called on Thursday spoke with Miguel and they refused to take back the spring box because I took the plastic out and they do not accepts any returns. He stated he has a customer next to him, and he needs to take care of her because she is in the store. I will never come back and make sure if you do come to this store you do not accepts return because they do not want to loose.
Asked to speak with the owner and what he responded that he will not answer the call.

They feed you what you want to hear to make a sell, and then screw you. I was told that I was approved credit to finance my furniture. It turned to be a lease/rent. Fast forward 6 months later, Tempoe tells me that I can never own my furniture. I either keep paying bi-weekly or eventually return the furniture. Given that it’s in good condition upon the return, you may or may not have to pay a fee. These people are about taking your hard earned money and throwing customer service out the window.
