SNIPES — Local services in Paterson

Id give it zero stars. We went there to get my little sister shoes and she found one she liked. They gave us a pair with the shoe that was displayed for customers without telling us and the display shoe was dirty and worn inside. And they tried selling it to us full price. When we tried asking for another pair there was no register to speak to for 7 minutes until we tried talking to other associates where we were either ignored or rudely told to wait. Finally when we asked for a new pair they said thats the only one they have. When we were unsure to buy it or not and kindly said we wont buy the shoes it was just rudely snatched from my hands and stopped talking to us...

This is my 2nd time at this store this week. The first time the employees were just talking amongst each other and not paying attention to the customers inside the store. They were discussing how much money a certain rapper has. Today 11/8/2023 the same thing. They were just standing around just playing with their phones and listening to music. ZERO STARZ!!!!! This store consistently closes 45 minutes to an hour early. This is the 3rd time I came to this store at 7pm when I get off work and they have the doors locked and says they already closed. The website clearly state that this store closes at 8pm. This is a real inconvenience when someone is rushing to get to this store on time only to be waved away wit no regard to one’s time and travel.
