From the moment I moved in, I’ve been consistently impressed by the exceptional management and high standards maintained throughout the property. The maintenance team is truly outstanding — not only are they quick to respond, but every issue, no matter how small, is handled with care and professionalism. Their attention to detail and timeliness make it clear that resident comfort is a top priority.

The building is always spotless. Common areas are regularly cleaned and well-kept, from the hallways to the lobby and amenities. It’s refreshing to come home to a place that is consistently neat, tidy, and welcoming.

One of the things I appreciate most is how respectful and courteous the staff are. They treat all residents with genuine kindness and attentiveness, always willing to listen and help with any concerns or questions. The management team is organized, responsive, and truly committed to maintaining a positive living experience for everyone.

Let me start off by saying that if you are looking for an apartment in Paterson, this is the place to be.

From the first tour with Mr. Elliott, we knew we wanted to make Skyline Square our home. He went above and beyond for us, not only by having a direct line of communication (via texts and calls, and he ALWAYS responds), but also by making us feel very welcome and comfortable. He even told us to come back for another tour just to make a selection on the particular unit we want!

Mr. Mike the owner of the building is also a great guy! Always smiling (even when he runs into you in public), and also very reachable via a direct line of contact. He is very prompt with any questions or service needed. This is also my first time experiencing a move-in date of 15 days earlier than the actual lease date! FREE OF CHARGE! Mr. Mike did that!! & we are very much appreciative of it, along with the discount off the first month rent.

Also, both Mr. Elliott and Mr. Mike gave us the option to not only start ordering things for our unit, weeks prior to move-in day, but they also helped us transfer all the items (and most were super heavy) inside our unit! Talk about people going above and beyond for you? These people are a great example of that.

All the amenities from the gym, to the management being intentional about having at least 4 Trolleys available to residents is a plus! I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Safety is clearly a top priority here. The neighborhood feels incredibly secure, which gives me so much peace of mind. Whether I’m coming home late or going out for a walk, I always feel comfortable and protected.

Inside the apartments, everything is spotless. The entire property is kept in immaculate condition. The interiors are so modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed—it’s clear the management takes great pride in offering a clean, fresh, and welcoming living space.
