Vicente's Supermarket — Local services in Pawtucket

First of all , I would like to say i've been shopping at vicente since they have opened up their first store in brockton. As a customer for very long time I feel like vicente has always robbed the community. You may ask me how by hacking the prices, by giving less Then what we pay for. Today.I had a awful experience when I went To buy some chicken wings. The server had told me that I'm not allowed to pick the pieces. I wanted and I replied, I won what I want. I'm allowed to pick what pieces of chicken I want she refused to give me what I wanted. And insisted to give me the piece that only have bones. I refused. we back-and-forth for 5 minutes. I walked away with only 5 pieces of chicken. I when to complain at the customer service. I wad told that the customer cannot pick the what we want because that's how they buy it. Therefore, they have to sell those pieces. what a ridiculous statement. Also I bought a rice that I ended up leaving it behind because I didn't get enough rice for the price. And I will stole that I'm not allowed. Or customers are not allowed to pick what they pay for enough of Robin people Vicente...

The place is okay. They have good produce, good variety of items from different countries, and the team is friendly and attentive. It is very clean, and shelves fully stocked. The only things I wish they had is vegan options.

The only things I would change is to add more trees and benches to the outside. And get rid of those flimsy plasticky bags that hold a few items and you have three whole sets of Legos building up in the garbage bin at home. Just imagine using all that plastic bag stuff to make toys instead. Lol! Money and resources sent to the landfill. 😒

Also, their recycling system is lacking, I accidentally walked into the backroom where they crush the boxes. Then thrown into regular garbage disposal like it does not matter. Okay...

I went there for some grilled chicken for the prepared food , when I went to my car I decided to check it the chicken was cold , I bought it back to the store I didn’t get to leave the parking lot ,the manager started yelling that people by chicken and three days later saying it’s bad ,we have to change the return policy he went on and on.He was very rude not professional ,no customer service skills and no apology from him , foods from your prepared hot foods has to be a certain temperature .people have the right to bring anything they buy that their are not satisfied with it ,also he said he can’t give me my money back store credit only I’ll never shop there again there’s...
