This locations is a nightmare due to the 2 girls that work there. They are clueless, rude unless you speak Spanish or are a Spanish person, they are inept and need to be fired. Went in today because the new phone I just got is having issues I explained everything and they refused to help or find a solution to my problem hell they couldn't even stop there little conversation. on my way out one of them said go buy a phone from Walmart. Every time we have gone into this locations it's the same thing each time they refuse to leave the table they are at to help us or answer any questions and try and fix the issue, they just stare at you, refuse to help, are completely rude when they do speak, very condescending, and act like you interrupted there little conversation. The lack any type of class..i would stay away from this location and management you need to either fire these 2 asap or close the store down they are not doing your business any good but driving...
Read moreDefinately not a good experience at this Cricket location. Sales rep that assisted us didn't seem to have any answers to our questions and his response was often "I'm not sure". The phones we were purchasing came in a bundle with a free phone case and a screen protector. With the exception of one phone case and a screen protector they didn't have any of the items that were supposed to be included. We received no help in setting the phones up instead we were told once we entered our Apple ID info the phones would be set up which was not the case. We had to go across the street to T-Mobile to purchase the charging blocks for the phones because Cricket also had none of those in stock. It was an employee at T-Mobile that took a hour of her time to help us set up the phones purchased at Cricket. Likely would have went to T-Mobile in the first place had we known what we were in for with this...
Read moreThis store is full of liars. They told me my due date was one day, come to find out it wasn’t. Then they charged for missing that date. I mentioned today I might switch and now all of a sudden my bill is immediately due on a date that isn’t my due date or their shutting me off at midnight. It’s not even my due date yet. AND watch your bills. I told them I didn’t want the insurance and they put it on anyways. Which has been an extra $30 for several months. My fault for not double checking. I thought they could be trusted. They can’t tell the truth for nothing. It’s disgusting. Do yourself a favor and DON’T USE THEM. Don’t even bother. Horrible customer service, you can’t ever access their website and all they give are excuses. The one I just talked to probably had the wrong account cause he called me different names....
