I wanted to love this place but I was really disappointed in the experiences I had at this store. 1. I felt really uncomfortable shopping in there because usually you’re one of the only ones in the store and the associates stare at you while you walk around the store. It’s really awkward. 2. You can’t return their shoes. You can only exchange which is a major bummer. And 3. I bought a pair of shoes and tried them on in the store, but when I got home I realized the size of the shoe and the size on the box didn’t match. So I called the store and they said it must have been a manufacturer defect and there wasn’t anything they could do. Really disappointing...

Anytime I’m in PTC I stop here and grab a pair of shoes! Great selection to choose from during all seasons! Shoe selections are a mix of affordable & luxury. Very friendly service each time I’ve shopped. Amira was so helpful during my most recent visit!

This place is awesome! Shopping in person the girls are so nice and helpful. Great selection of trendy shoes. But I have to tell you today they really sealed the deal as a customer for life. I called about a pair of boots and the girl asked me for my number and sent me pictures of them!!! Outstanding customer service....
