I cannot say enough fabulous things about Orbit Moonwalks! Upon reaching out to them for a quote, I was greeted and taken care of by the owner, Brandon. I told him that I was interested in pricing on a jumper combo for my daughters birthday. Not only did he match other quotes that I already had from other companies, he beat their pricing as well. We were on a budget for the party so I was excited to receive better pricing and a jumper that went perfectly with my daughters theme. A few days before my daughters party I received a message from Brandon that there was a cancellation for one of their best jumper combos (it was a GIANT princess carriage) and that they were upgrading us to this for FREE. We weren't sure if it was going to fit in the space we had designated for the party since it was much larger than the one we originally picked so Brandon offered to come prior to the party to evaluate where the best location for the jumper would be. The day of the party came, Orbit came to install the jumper early and followed up to make sure that everything was running smoothly for us during the day. We used Orbit Moonwalks for our church event this past weekend. We used the Santa bounce house and Candy cane duo. Me and my husband were driving up to the church and they were already there setting up. Very good at being on time, everyone that was already there said the young man that was putting them up was very nice. When my husband saw them as we were driving up, he was shocked how nice they looked. They have a tag on their bounce houses of how many people can be in there at a time. So that helped with the people that were overlooking them to follow the rules and how we needed to time them for how long they could be in there until the next group could go in. The bounce houses were very clean and in very good condition. When we first tried to pay the deposit I was having trouble getting the card through, luckily I spoke with Brandon and he was very patient to help me figure it out so we could hold them for our Big Give event. They are located in Pearland, but we are located in Houston off 45 and Telephone Rd a little past Gulfgate. We were so grateful they came out here to help make our outreach that much more fun...

This is my third year in a row as a customer. Will definitely be repeat customers in the future. Great and personable service. My son has loved and enjoyed having an awesome water slide at his birthday parties. This year we rented a 20ft double slide which was perfect because we had a lot of party goers. The kids had such an amazing time!!! We have also rented the foam cannon twice and it’s been a blast as well! I will say this year I attempted to have the water slide and foam cannon combo in my backyard running simultaneously and unfortunately it wasn’t a good mix. There’s nothing Orbit moonwalks could have really done about it, but just sharing my experience to recommend taking into consideration yard/venue size. My house is on a lake lot and my backyard is a bit small, it also gets pretty windy back there. We had to cut the foam off after less than an hour because it was getting all over the place and on the slide, but really appreciated everyone being patient and trying to work with us.
