Pearl Dynasty — Restaurant in Pearland

I ordered chicken wings and shrimp and broccoli. I’ve been coming to this place since I was 15. I’m 29. They’ve made my shrimp with broccoli with white sauce before and I hate it. So I began requesting brown sauce. EVERYTIME I order it like tht I’m advised tht it comes with brown sauce. The last 20 times I’ve ordered it I did not request brown sauce and it came with brown sauce, how I like it. The last time I ordered it I actually said brown sauce and the young man (not the older Chinese gentleman THATS normally there) advised me over the phone that it comes with brown sauce ALL THE TIME. I thought maybe they changed things up. I just ordered it and I got all the way home in the rain and saw tht it was white sauce. I called and the older Chinese man answered I explained my plight. He said they always make it with white sauce. I said okay so I’ve made it all the way home and it’s a huge inconvenience to come back but okay I will do I need to order a whole new order? He got quiet and was like weeellllll I meeeaaannnnn... I just told him it’s fine thank you. I understand tht I should have maybe checked but when you’ve been eating some place for over ten years you begin to trust them to have it right bc I won lie, they normally do. But I didn’t want him to make a brand new one he could have taken the one I have and made it up to be brown sauce. But to want me to order a whole new one AND pay for it after I just paid $25 is ..... not considerate. I supported their establishment during this time against others advising me not to. I will not be ordering from here for ...... probably ever again bc I...

This place was ridiculously horrible!! Me and my husband came for lunch. We were the only people in the entire restaurant. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and a soup. I have no idea what my husband ordered (only bc I don't really eat Chinese food...I only have a couple entree that I will eat) but he ordered some kind of meat and it had more onions on it then anything. So my chicken didn't even taste like chicken. It tasted like dough that wasn't cooked all the way and my rice literally looked like it was a week old. I asked for the manager just to let him know that I was very dissatisfied with my meal (which I barley touched) but that I would still pay for it but he needed to make fresh food so customers would want to eat there. This man started yelling at me saying "That all his food is fresh and made this morning" and that he was going to call the police on me. So then I brought up all these horrible reviews online and this man had the nerve to say "Don't worry about that! That's my problem"!!! PEOPLE he does not care about his customers. Not one bit!!! If you were running a business and you knew about all the bad reviews wouldn't you try to fix it

BTW: I TOOK FOUR SMALL BITES AND HAD DIARRHEA FOR 3 DAYS. SO GROSS. ID NEVER RETURN THERE AND I DONT ADVISE ANYONE ELSE...

To preface this review, I would just like to say I have lived in this area and been coming to this location for takeout for 15+ years.Before they had the second location in Pearland. I phoned in my order. The man taking the order was so impatient he kept talking over me and actually hung up while I was asking to add something. When I arrived , the same man was running around arms flailing to absolutely nothing. The dining room was less than 30% full and again he is interrupting me and being very impatient. I paid and asked for chili sauce which he looked very annoyed at me and said, "I will give you one." The food I got was nothing like I have had in the past. it did not taste flavorful or even fresh. My fortune cookies were stale. I will find a place more appreciative of my business with better service and more care to the food...
