WOW!!!!! My first experience eating ramen and sweet baby boy was it glorious! My brother came down from Seattle and has been eyeing this place since he got here, he ordered for me since I was a noob at ramen and he didn't disappoint with his choices, I had the spicy tonkotsu bowl and it literally blew me away with the level of flavors it had. You know it's good when even after you leave you can't stop thinking about it. Also picked up the chefs special 9 piece sushi platter, and that was also really good. The inside is small but the cozy interior and plush back seating is really comfortable, the sushi chefs are visible to everyone and can be seen churning out the most beautiful pieces of sushi 🍣 can't wait to go back, my mind won't let me sleep...

My wife and I really liked this place. I try to find new restaurants to give them a shot and this one didn't disappoint.

I got the shrimp ramen and my wife got their spicy tonkotsu ramen. We also shared their chashudon 2, which is fried pork belly cubes over rice. Right off the bat, that was outstanding. I decided to go out of my comfort zone for the shrimp ramen and it was great. The grilled shimp was cooked perfectly and the grilled texture vs a regular boiled shrimp really made a difference. I tried the spicy tonkotsu my wife had and the broth seemed surprisingly complex with flavor.

I have a feeling this is going to be a regular lunch visit...

Tamashi is a very known restaurant chain in the Houston area. We are so incredibly grateful that there’s one in Pearland! The ambiance is cozy and welcoming. The staff are attentive and made sure to check on us throughout our meal. Everything came out in a timely manner. The sushi was made fresh with high quality ingredients. The ramen was full of flavor and filling. We did not leave Tamashi with an empty stomach. Currently they are running a grand opening special for a gift card to be used for our next dine in (at any location in Houston). 10/10 will be coming...
