Terrible experience: HEB store today. 1st Cashier was rude and turned off her light AFTER I was in her line already and said nothing to me. Since I was already in line was waiting on customer, i thought nothing of it. Then She actually made a comment to her coworker that her line was closed. I said you're closed and she annoyingly just pointed upwards to the light that she switched off while servicing the shopper in front of me AFTER I was in line and had waited a few minutes, while she was still waiting on the other customer. BUT the light was on when I initially got in her line. That's why I chose her line in the first place. SO RUDE. Ok. So I change lines and waited my turn. This 2nd Cashier was annoyed with the woman in front of me because she was insisting that her bags be packed to her specific specifications. She also had a few of her own bags and was instructing him which bag to use for each individual item. So when it was my turn and I asked to review computer screen showing the prices, he simply ignored my request and when i asked a debit question, he answered me in a very condescending manner before I even finished my debit question. What's the deal today with the morning workers at HEB. Never been treated like this...
Read moreWe visited Hobby Lobby because we had a couple of pictures that we wanted framed. They're an odd size, so we couldn't buy standard size frames, so we went to the back where they have lots of frames to choose from, We asked what size frames we needed for the pictures & to add matting around them. We chose the frames we wanted, & Teresa helped us choose the right color matting that would look good with the pictures & the frames. After we agreed on what we wanted, she went to work on putting everything together. She was so sweet & just awesome to work with. She took her time to make sure everything looked good, & that we were happy with our choices. We couldn't be more pleased, & if we ever need any special framing done for pictures in the future, we will definitely go back to Hobby Lobby, & hopefully, Teresa will be working! She is a great asset to Hobby Lobby, & obviously cares about her customers!!! Thank you Teresa for making our visit so enjoyable, & for doing such an awesome job of framing...
Read moreHEB rules! I went to Krogers 4 times looking for my silk, soy, vanilla coffee creamer. Went again today no creamer AGAIN! My head took off rolling down 288 before it exploded as I tried to calmly explain to the manager my frustration. He obviously doesn't drink coffee and doesn't realize the catastrophic severity of adding regular soy milk to coffee for 4444444444444-looooooog-daaaaays. His response, they forgot to order. I turned and ran as quickly as I could to catch up with my head that exploded and was just exiting 288 to 518. I catch up and we enter !HEB! and low and behold, HEB is obviously God-fearing. HEB, being an obedient servant, let the Lord use them to bless me on THIS day. I bought 5. Yes 5. From this point moving forward I am a new member of Hebrew Ecclesiastes...
