I wish I could give ZERO stars, but unfortunately I have to give at least one and this location doesn’t warrant that one star at all. I’ve gone to many MOD locations and have received great customer service, but not this one. I just left from this location and I will not be returning due to the young girl’s bad attitude that just fixed my family’s order. I mean does it hurt to smile or at least make the customers feel welcome? She had a bad attitude from the start and MOD should train their employees better. The look on her face was as if we were bothering her when we walked up to order. The young lady with the little puffs in her hair took my youngest daughter’s order first. As she was pouring the sauce on her pizza, I asked my daughter if she wants more sauce and she said yes. So I asked the young lady to add extra sauce. She began mumbling under her breath like she had an attitude about her not asking for extra sauce herself. Forgive me if she didn’t think about it. She’s 9 years old! Then, my other daughter began ordering and I asked her to add extra sauce. Again, she began talking under her breath. This was very rude and really worked on my last nerve. I could tell she was mumbling, but she was talking too low for me to hear the words. It seems like she hates her job or maybe her attitude is really bad. Either way, customers should not be treated poorly. Your attitude is everything when you’re dealing with customers and we don’t have to spend our money at this establishment. If you hate your job so much, find another one. She should not handle customers because she lacks respect and maturity. Needless to say, we will not be returning and I hope other customers don’t receive similar treatment because you may lose them as well. I’m not asking for wonderful customer service like Chick-fil-A, I’m only asking to...
Read moreI came in about an hour ago and I noticed the girl putting my pizza in the oven wasn’t wearing gloves of any sort & was touching my pizza directly which I thought was gross because she was just ringing up our order and didn’t wash her hands. The girl who made our pizzas finished checking us out with her gloves on and then went back to making pizzas. When I said something about the girl touching the pizza at the ovens the girl who made our pizzas said that they can’t wear gloves because of the heat but that her hands were “clean” and I just responded that that was gross. Then the guy working with them started working at the oven and while cleaning up the area he grabbed the trash can to bring it closer and then back to where it was and then directly grabbed the pizza holder and removed my pizza using his hands to help place it in the box without washing his hands in between. Personally, I thought it was unsanitary and gross because their hands are obviously not clean and they don't wash them in between doing different task. Out of all of the times I've been to a MOD Pizza I've never seen that so I don't think this is a location I...
Read morei’m not one to write reviews like this… i love mod and i love how near it is to me compared to the pearland parkway location but their service was absolutely terrible. the person who was building my pizza was okay but my friend forgot to add something from the beginning of the line and asked for it towards the end, then the worker rolled his eyes… once we got to checking out the cashier was rude. don’t get me wrong i’m sure it’s been a long day, i’ve had those days but when working customer service you should smile or at least not look at the customer with a stank face. with that she had no more water cups but there was one just sitting on the counter by the card payment machine and said “don’t have anymore but i’m pretty sure that one is clean.” i didn’t want to bother her since they were busy so i just took it. whenever we received our pizzas they didn’t offer sauce and never looked up at us when we tried asking. they seemed busy so we asked the cashier who then threw the sauce with no lid onto the counter in front of us… all in all the pizza was good the staff just needs to work on...
