Since the so called “partner” of this location, Amelia Riche, failed to address my complaint that I submitted over a month ago, I’ll make it public here. The experience my family and I had yesterday was the worst I’ve ever had at any Longhorn Steakhouse. We waited an unusually long time just to place our drink and food orders. Initially, a young Black female server took our order, but partway through, Brenden D. came to say he was taking over. He did nothing to actually serve us. I had to repeatedly signal for a refill, which another server eventually brought after both Brenden and the first server ignored the empty glass. We asked for to-go boxes, and the same female server said “okay” and walked off. Twenty minutes later, my mother had to go find someone, only to discover the server sitting at the bar. She acted surprised that Brenden hadn’t brought the boxes, ran to the back, and finally brought them out. When the check arrived, the total charge didn’t match the receipt. I asked for a manager—Brittany—who was dismissive and admitted she didn’t know what had happened, saying the servers told her “everything’s fine.” She took my card to apply a discount but then disappeared. Moments later, another manager, Briana, returned with my card and informed me that Brenden had charged someone else’s tab to it. This mishandling of my payment and personal information is unacceptable. Brittany should have been the one to return and explain, as she took my card. The lack of accountability and professionalism from Brenden, Brittany, and the staff was appalling. I request this be escalated to Regional Manager Jay Brennan who needs to over see the entire leadership and staff at this unethical location because they clearly don’t know what...

We didn’t even make it inside. Yesterday, 11/10, we called this location to reserve a table for a party of 12. We were told over the phone that they didn’t take reservations and we have to go in person to get inline. After we arrived, we talked with the front desk a couple of times and were told that the big table was occupied at the moment but the people inside have been there for about 3 hours, and do not worry because it shouldn’t take more than 30 mins to an hour to be seated. Another party of 12 were behind us, and after an hour passed, the manager told us that unfortunately we won’t be able to get the big table for a couple more hours and that we have the option to seat separately. All the time that we were there waiting, they never told us that 2 parties were ahead of us, that happened all of the suden, my guess is that the manager was slipped money behind our backs and he allowed people get in front of us. After we confronted him, he said that he had not obligation to inform us of how many parties were in front of us, and asked why would he do that, we answered because we need an estimate time. He kept saying that someone from the party after us came in earlier, 2 hours before and got in line. Even if that was true, after an hour of waiting and us checking with them several times, we were never informed that, all they would say is that the people eating inside on the big table were still there. Anyways, terrible service, manager abused his power and mistreated us. I love Longhorn but this...

We came here to celebrate a family member's birthday. This was my second visit and the food again was excellent (5 stars!). From the kids meal cheesburger to the ribeye we all enjoyed our meal! Our server, Kevin, added to the experience (5 stars!). Quite friendly with just the right amount of attentiveness. We told them of my daughter's peanut allergy and the manager came out to let us know that the kitchen staff was made aware and that they had taken special precautions (cooking area was cleaned off with special solution and different utensils were used (purple utensils to denote a heightened sense of preparation). Being transparent here, my reason for 3 stars was because of an issue with my payment which wasn't handled with discretion by the manager (she loud announced that there was a problem with the card as she came to the table). Easy fix...We gave her another card to cover the bill (which was reasonable for 5 people at a steakhouse ($107)). I know it was said and further discussed with us loudly because I saw other patrons looking on as she brought the recipt back with the comment 'that one worked' because she could be heard that well. Besides those last moments where we were made the center of attention in an embarrassing way (hey..life happens), the food here is great. Will I go back? Yep...I'll just bring...

EDIT: THIS PAST FRIDAY MY MOM AND I DINED HERE AND I LOVE YOUR SALADS, BUT WE NEVER GOT OUR SALAD THAT WAS PAID FOR WITH THE LUNCH SPECIAL.... I realized it when she brought the burger out and never asked what dressing we wanted on the salad, i thought maybe the asparagus was subbed but she also charged extra for asparagus. The previous two visits I had were great but I had to change it from five to two because the service was lacking and she never came by to check on us or the food. It all depends on which server you get I'd like at least a gift card to make up for this. Previous two visits below..... This was my 2nd time dining at this location and both times excellent service and food. You do get what you pay for. The house salad could have been better but I'll let it slide. Prices reflect quality and are fair, not overpriced at all. I treated myself to a comfort food meal after a long, hard and painful day. The servers go above and beyond to make you happy, they don't nickel and dime you for a bit of extra salad dressing like other locations do. Russo's pizza im looking at you! I will return since this location is near my local HEB. THE ASPARAGUS was delicious and steamed perfectly! The leftovers were great today for lunch!

What was supposed to be a pleasant birthday evening turned out to be a poor dining experience. The ambience was great and the service was alright, but the food is below par and not expected from what's touted as a popular steakhouse. Food - Very salty. This wasn't just one dish; most of them. When we asked the waitress about it, she told us that she had once asked the manager about it and the response was that it's the seasoning used. There's a difference between seasoning and over-salting. She told us that she would bring the manager over so that we could talk, but the manager never ended up coming by. Service - Our waitress' service was good. As the evening progressed, it was apparent that she was either inundated with too many tables to look after or just being indifferent. Drinks (water, mind it) were never refilled. Ambience - probably the only thing about the evening that I found good. At least the setting was nice. I'm not one to gripe about food, but when it doesn't taste good, it just needs to be said so. I shared this with friends and their experience has been similar with other Longhorn steakhouse locations. I don't think I would want to come back to this chain again.

The steak my date ordered looked amazing, so I was shocked by my first bitter bite of char. I scraped the thick, black corner off to try it again. Again, I was taken aback, this time by the stringy consistency. Apparently I was eating something that wasn't meat because, after attempting to chew it for a while, I gave up, took it out of my mouth, and set it on the bread plate. Now, on to my own food. The baked potato was cold: not warm, definitely not hot. It seemed like it was the first thing ready, so they set it on the plate and then commenced to cooking the other food. I was disappointed, but I wasn't going to make a big deal out of it. So I move on to this amazing looking chopped steak. I knew I was in trouble when I cut into the corner, and it was pink. I know I ordered medium well, but this is screaming rare. Ok, maybe I'm tripping: they know more about meat than I do. The next bite: still pink but OK. The next bite was completely red on the inside. Ok. I'm done. Never again. The mushrooms on top were good, so I packed up the plate with the intention of completing the cooking process when I got hungry again, but the thought of that red meat killed that idea.
