Since the so called “partner” of this location, Amelia Riche, failed to address my complaint that I submitted over a month ago, I’ll make it public here. The experience my family and I had yesterday was the worst I’ve ever had at any Longhorn Steakhouse. We waited an unusually long time just to place our drink and food orders. Initially, a young Black female server took our order, but partway through, Brenden D. came to say he was taking over. He did nothing to actually serve us. I had to repeatedly signal for a refill, which another server eventually brought after both Brenden and the first server ignored the empty glass. We asked for to-go boxes, and the same female server said “okay” and walked off. Twenty minutes later, my mother had to go find someone, only to discover the server sitting at the bar. She acted surprised that Brenden hadn’t brought the boxes, ran to the back, and finally brought them out. When the check arrived, the total charge didn’t match the receipt. I asked for a manager—Brittany—who was dismissive and admitted she didn’t know what had happened, saying the servers told her “everything’s fine.” She took my card to apply a discount but then disappeared. Moments later, another manager, Briana, returned with my card and informed me that Brenden had charged someone else’s tab to it. This mishandling of my payment and personal information is unacceptable. Brittany should have been the one to return and explain, as she took my card. The lack of accountability and professionalism from Brenden, Brittany, and the staff was appalling. I request this be escalated to Regional Manager Jay Brennan who needs to over see the entire leadership and staff at this unethical location because they clearly don’t know what...
Read moreWe didn’t even make it inside. Yesterday, 11/10, we called this location to reserve a table for a party of 12. We were told over the phone that they didn’t take reservations and we have to go in person to get inline. After we arrived, we talked with the front desk a couple of times and were told that the big table was occupied at the moment but the people inside have been there for about 3 hours, and do not worry because it shouldn’t take more than 30 mins to an hour to be seated. Another party of 12 were behind us, and after an hour passed, the manager told us that unfortunately we won’t be able to get the big table for a couple more hours and that we have the option to seat separately. All the time that we were there waiting, they never told us that 2 parties were ahead of us, that happened all of the suden, my guess is that the manager was slipped money behind our backs and he allowed people get in front of us. After we confronted him, he said that he had not obligation to inform us of how many parties were in front of us, and asked why would he do that, we answered because we need an estimate time. He kept saying that someone from the party after us came in earlier, 2 hours before and got in line. Even if that was true, after an hour of waiting and us checking with them several times, we were never informed that, all they would say is that the people eating inside on the big table were still there. Anyways, terrible service, manager abused his power and mistreated us. I love Longhorn but this...
Read moreWe came here to celebrate a family member's birthday. This was my second visit and the food again was excellent (5 stars!). From the kids meal cheesburger to the ribeye we all enjoyed our meal! Our server, Kevin, added to the experience (5 stars!). Quite friendly with just the right amount of attentiveness. We told them of my daughter's peanut allergy and the manager came out to let us know that the kitchen staff was made aware and that they had taken special precautions (cooking area was cleaned off with special solution and different utensils were used (purple utensils to denote a heightened sense of preparation). Being transparent here, my reason for 3 stars was because of an issue with my payment which wasn't handled with discretion by the manager (she loud announced that there was a problem with the card as she came to the table). Easy fix...We gave her another card to cover the bill (which was reasonable for 5 people at a steakhouse ($107)). I know it was said and further discussed with us loudly because I saw other patrons looking on as she brought the recipt back with the comment 'that one worked' because she could be heard that well. Besides those last moments where we were made the center of attention in an embarrassing way (hey..life happens), the food here is great. Will I go back? Yep...I'll just bring...
