Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. Beware - they do not stand behind their products! I bought a disposable vape there on the evening of Saturday, 10/25. Once home and smoking on it, I noticed that the vape would continue to run after I was finished drawing on it. I do not live near the store, but work near it, so I thought I'd return it on Monday when I was back to work (which I did). By the next day (Sunday), the vape was flashing that it was already almost out of oil. When I returned it on Monday, I was informed that they would not replace it, saying there is a 24hr return policy (which was NEVER made clear to me), supposedly because the vendor of the vape would not reimburse them. Personal problem - they should work with more reputable vendors. They said, though, that if I had called on Sunday, they could have replaced it (as if the vendor would reimburse them THEN??). They were absolutely not interested in taking care of their customer, and have forever lost that customer - so, great job. Excellent business practice! I will not return to this establishment, and will inform everyone I know to do the same. The manager/owner of whoever he is (the guy who won't even stand up from his stool behind the counter to wait on you) just plain sucks at customer service, and has sold his last POS to this guy. Horrible customer service they had a young kid not older than 15 working the counter he sold me the wrong coils the night before then when I brought them in to exchange them I was charged again for the right ones with them keeping the ones I was sold the night before. My girlfriend went to talk to them to ask for a refund on the wrong coils they checked the cameras said they didn't see anything and threatened to call the cops if she didn't leave and then banned her from the shop. I didn't care much at all until my girlfriend called me to tell me about her visit there with the threat of calling the cops and getting banned. It seems to be under new management from some people that should never be business owners. Before the other employees were nothing but very helpful and answered any questions I had. Now the new owners are very unprofessional and act like they don't care about you at all. There are plenty of other vape stores in the surrounding areas shop there...

Best smoke shop in town! All the employees are locals and know exactly what I’m looking for! Their selection of glass pieces is phenomenal, and the accessories are top-notch. They have budget items all the way to designer! Great environment and a beautiful mural on the walls, good music, and good people makes this place feel like back home. They stay on top of the game with their disposables and juices, having some I have never seen myself. All around, amazing smoke shop.
