I went to TSC in Pekin a spur of the moment trip to purchase a mini bike. Pam and Gauge went above and beyond to help me get everything needed to get my mini bike home from tie downs, renting one of their trailers to even installing a ball and hitch for me on my SUV. I feel as though the staff in this store could accommodate the customer's a bit better. They always seem like they are in a unpleasant mood which makes the experience less enjoyable.
