I had the most outstanding experience with Alabama Appliance. First of all they went out of their way to show me what needed. I purchased a stackable washer and dryer for a home I’m working on. It was delivered within 2 days which was great. Unfortunately, the plug they gave me free did not work, it was too short. So I went to Home Depot but I really did not know if I needed a 4 or a 3 plug for the machine so I paid a visit to my salesman, Daniel Arledge. That was the beginning of customer service I’ve never seen before. He ordered a 3 and a 4 plug. Paid for it with his own money. Scheduled a day that would work for me and connected it at my home. He then waited to see if it worked. Again, I’ve never been treated so kind. I will be giving Alabama Appliance all of my appliance business in the future. I am a retired person who redo homes for rental. I’ll be calling again...
