I bought a phone from them a couple years ago and my monthly bills were a little over $100. After my phone was paid off, it was still close to $100 and when I finally got a new phone with a different carrier, it went up to $110. I also only got a $12 refund on visa card and I lost $100 to us cellular gift card that they couldn’t do anything about so the $12 doesn’t make up for the $100 I lost during my time with them. It happened when I lived in Iowa so it doesn’t matter anymore. I don’t live there anymore so just forget it. I didn’t think phone companies could be corrupt, but I think I was taken advantage of by us cellular.
