This review is for a purchase made on VCC's eBay store. The product arrived nonfunctioning (probably damaged during shipping or more likely due to its age - not the fault of VCC). I emailed the seller and they replied that they could refund or replace. I requested a refund and gave them the order number. After a couple weeks of waiting the refund had not yet been issued, so I contacted them again to ask about it. No response. Three weeks later, emailed them again, nothing. Messaged them on eBay, nothing. Messaged them through their website, nothing. Called the store, no one answers. Seller has apparently ghosted me, and their negative feedback on eBay indicates this is a pattern. Interesting way to treat customers. Refusing contact would be bad enough, but to do so after first offering to refund defective merchandise is baffling....
Read moreI was unable to leave feedback through e-bay so I thought I would do it here. The rain cover I had ordered from VCC arrived without the eye-piece to attach it to may camera viewfinder. I contacted VCC and unfortunately they no longer carry the one I received. Brian was very helpful and was quick to offer a full refund for my purchase.
