Listen to the 1 star reviews of this company. They have no working phone number. In one of the review comments this company states they only communicate via email. You will never interact with a person. My 1 star review comes from shipping time. I paid $40 for priority shipping and they shipped it regular shipping. So instead of 2-3 days, I received my swimsuits 7 business days later. Because of this, I had to reschedule my 7 year olds birthday party. I had to then order two additional swimsuits because two girls who couldn’t make the original date could make the new date. I asked them to use my $40 I paid originally and OVERNIGHT my additional swimsuits. Instead, they sent them priority and because of that, ONCE AGAIN the swimsuits arrive after my daughter’s rescheduled birthday party. 2 sweet girls will not match the rest of the party. This company doesn’t care about their customers. There are multiple complaints about shipping time and receiving orders timely. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered 6 leather jackets as gifts for my bridesmaids and 1 for myself, over a month before my wedding. It stated on their site 5-8 days for processing and 3-5 for shipping. I emailed several times as I never received updates on my order. I was told I would receive my order in time. I never got the jackets. The contact told me they “sold out” of the jackets I ordered, but it was still listed on the site as being available for purchase, ONE WEEK before my wedding. She then said I could receive plain leather jackets if I confirmed the sizes and that’s what I wanted. I confirmed same day and almost every day emailed begging for confirmation they were sent out. I provided the address for my hotel hoping if she had an extra day I might get the jackets last minute in time. The day before my wedding I was told I would not be getting my jackets. I had to cancel my order, demand a refund, and scramble last minute to get something for my bridal party. Horrible experience. The only good thing out if it was I received my refund...

Never got my order. My 10 y/o daughter has had 2 pairs of their silk PJ’s. She recently grew out of her last pair and we ordered new green silk pj’s. USPS tracker said it was delivered 9/12. We checked the porch. Checked the mail box. We checked everywhere and they were not delivered. I let sunny know that day and didn’t get a response until Monday. Asking me if I checked the porch, mailbox and with neighbors. Of course we did! Then they told me to check with the post office. Then to file a claim. That’s your job not mine. I responded they could either send a new pair or Offer a refund. We still don’t have my daughter’s pajamas. Customer service is horrendous. No phone call. Just one question emails.
