Corner Store Legend: Aladdin So I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to give props when props is due. I walked in, just trying to grab an energy drink and some gum — this dude greeted me like I was a regular, even though it was my first time there- big smile, even called me boss That alone kind of made my day. I was debating between a couple of drinks for a pre workout energy drink and I decided to get his opinion, he casually points at one and goes, That one tastes like x and that one taste like y, but also mentions that sense I am going to the gym, I should also pick up a protein shake, he put me on which was best. Barely even realized the guy was trying to upsell me, he was too smooth. I ended up grabbing an energy drink, protien and some gum.

Then when I was checking out, there was a little boy In front of me, digging through his pockets, trying to buy a couple of candy bars. He only ended up having a couple of dimes. The guy looked genuinely bummed and told him, super kindly, “I wish I could, man — but store policy says no free stuff. Not even for me.” The way he said it, though — still respectful, still warm — made the kid smile anyway. That kind of interaction stuck with me. Before I left, I had to ask for his name. “Aladdin,” he said, like it was no big deal. But honestly, it kinda is — dude brought a little magic to an otherwise normal saturday. I would definitely recommend this place...

I've never felt so uncomfortable in a store quiet like this. I was stopping by for a quick drink and snack and the employee, whose name I believe is faahead, was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance finding an item, he seemed annoyed and acted like I was bothering him. His tone was dismissive, and he didn't even bother to look up from his phone. To make matters worse, when I finally found the item and went to check out, he was slow and inattentive, making the whole process unnecessarily long. Overall, his attitude and lack of professionalism made my visit very unpleasant. I hope the management takes note and addresses this issue because it really affects the overall...
